He looked the situation over closely and told me what I needed and gave me the name of a company that does that type of work. My neighbor asked for his opinion on her situation and he said her guttering was too small for the volume of water. He sent a crew out four days later and completed the job for her. One of the crew members noticed something had been done wrong by another company when he got up on the roof. She is going to have Eldon and Sons correct that before it becomes a bigger issue. I also had two replacement windows go bad. I called Jerry at Eldon and Sons and he ordered the replacements which were installed the day they did my neighbor's guttering job. No charge. No hassle. They were glad to take care of the problem. If all businesses related to construction and otherwise did business the way Eldon and Sons does, there would be a lot more happy homeowners. Too often I hear nightmare stories about home repair companies and I cringe. I never hestitate to refer anyone to Eldon and Sons. That includes my fellow yelpers!

He was knowledgeable about gutters and explained what covers I had, how they worked, and what he was looking for. Once he found the problem, we had one clogged gutter that he cleared. They are a small locally owned business. His crews are always courteous and thorough in performing their job duties. Most recently they performed leaf removal from my gutters in December 2025. Prior to their arrival Amazon packages were left on my front door steps in plain view from the street. The crew went above and beyond to relocate the packages from street view. I don't know about you but this is the type of company I like to hire for services. They are 10 star company.

Placed leaking gutter downspouts, holes/gaps on the cover& only secured the cover on the street side. They came to repair some of these but not all of it. there are two one inch holes/gaps on gutter cover & they are secured on one side Only. My contractor & I called . Nikki replied "we have done all we need to do. Your gutter is done. There's nothing wrong with your gutter! Call us back when you have issues in the next few months!" Today, She stated " it's a tiny job & we had bend backwards for you! you are picking on us because you don't like the person. I will send a person to put ONE screw & only ONE screw on your cover and that's it! We are done talking!" There are pictures to proove the botched replacement. These gutters maybe new but they are worse than my old ones. Poor workmanship & customer services. Don't deserve any star.
