We were promised our car "next week" more times than I can count. It was either the parts are on order, we found more damage or we fired our technician so we are behind. The one time I called to check and expressed my frustration and anger, the guy who answered the business phone told me LITERALLY that if I didn't like how he was doing it, I should just do it myself. This was a $15,000k repair. Incredibly unprofessional, would never go there again.
