This is a real mans barber shop. These guys are true professionals when it comes to getting a quality cut. Bobby gave me an awesome zero fade and lined/shaped my beard. I would recommend this to any guy especially those with beards. read more

King Barber - Awesome fade and line work! Thanks Bobby - Barbers Near Me - Attleboro, Massachusetts

I've been going here for 2 years and was always happy with my cuts from Joel. Joel left, I tried 3 other of the barbers and all were horrible. None cut my hair the way I asked. I get simple men's hair cut, with a fade and a part. Nothing crazy. One did some kind of horrible under shave. The next had lines all through the fade. Today I asked for 1" off the top and he cut it to 1" in length. Its standing up everywhere now and he just tried to plaster it down with gel. Time for a new barber. Never going back. read more

Today was my first visit to Kings. I was greeted by Leo who actually did my haircut today. The business was very clean and the staff cordial and friendly. I was very satisfied with my cut today. Great job and I will be back. I guess I will now be a regular with Leo. read more

I made a 10 o'clock appointment but they proceeded to make me wait for half an hour and instead of offering me to sit with someone else, they had me wait while they took six other customers before me. I left without getting my hair cut and I'm not going back. read more

Right form the beginning it was worth it! 3 barbers when I got there, all working, all greeted you when you walked in! I had the pleasure of sitting with Patrick, the owner. He told me they are even adding 4 MORE chairs for service! The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff was personable! You know you found the right place when they use a straight edge razor to finish the job right! Found this place on Yelp. Have been to many different barbers in my area, but I think I have found the one. I highly recommend King Barber! Everything from shampoos to line-ups! Reasonable price($21-adult cut + tip). I will be checking in again soon! read more

Have been going here for about 2 years now. Depending on who your barber is depends on your cut. Each one is different and each one comes out different... prob won't be coming back after today. I'm simple get a #5 blade on side and then just blend it all in. Told him also a line up... I basicly got in and out n 10 mins with shorter hair then I wanted (I mean once the first pass is done you can't go back)...he then trimmed my beard way shorter the. I wanted (didn't want him to do it n the 1st place) and a quick line up. $40 later...yeah deff not going there any time soon read more

My son has had over a dozen haircuts at 2 years old. The poor little man had a mohawk at birth. I thought he would be used to the barber by now but has been increasingly difficult while getting a cut. I received several recommendations for King Barber and decided to give it a try. They did fantastic with him and his cut came out super cute! We will definitely be taking him back for all his cuts. read more

King Barber - Barbers Near Me - Attleboro, Massachusetts

Came here after seeing many good reviews the place had. Walked in and the place was pretty packed. Was able to be seen within ten minutes which was nice. First come first serve kind of situation. Sam who was my barber was very nice and friendly. A lot of attention to detail with my cut. I would come back to see him. Towards the end of my cut I did ask for a hard part. I'm not sure if he knew if he knew how to do it but he had to call over another barber to do it. The barber came and went but he hard part was half assed. The line was not straight land super wide. Price was fair. I wish they had used better product to put in my hair. I'm a little disappointed with my hard part. The environment was nice definitely a family oriented place. The barbers all have good and loyal cliental Overall I would return but I'm wary about getting a hard part read more

Go here if you want to have your barber completely ignore everything you asked for, rush through your cut as fast as he can, while talking to other people and not even looking at what he's doing. Want it longer in a specific spot? Too bad lol, they don't care. Want to have a ton of your hairs slowly pulled out by clogged trimmers? This is your place! read more

James was there best barber and is not there anymore for unknown reasons! I believe he got fed up with the other barbers that aren't good enough to even call them selfs a barber I had the owner give me a barber after James was no longer there and he couldn't even do a bald fade to a 2 on top really easy haircut to do I do it on myself when I have the patients. So this new barber can't get rid of the line in the middle going around my head where the fade is supposed to be he had to have another barber go there try to fix it after he messed it up and I was trying to tell him what he did wrong and completely ignored me I mean shit I only have been getting the same haircut for over 20 something years you would think I know how the flack I like my haircut also they don't know how to do line ups for nothing another thing I do myself once I get home so I get a half haircut!!! I only go so it's quick but careful who you get for a barber I have had 3 different barbers since my barber quit there and only one of the 3 was good! Sorry forgot the new barbers name that didn't know shit! If I see him I will repost but I haven't seen him. read more

HIGHLY recommend this place! Walked in and was seated immediately with not just a barber but with the owner himself. Guy did an amazing job and I'm very satisfied. Will continue to come back. The price was fair, you can not pay enough for this kind of craftmanship. Great place and great people. read more

After going to King Barber I haven't gone back to anywhere else. I get a perfect cut everytime. The wait can be long but it is certainly worth it. They don't rush, sometimes it can take 30-45 mins. for a cut but there is a reason, they do quality work. The fades are top notch, I never leave with lines in my head. The straight razor finish just clinches the experience. Every barber is very personable and able to make interesting conversation. They always listen and give you the exact cut you want. They are also able to make good recommendations on what to do if you are so inclined. I asked them to style my hair a few times and I'm never disappointed. The shop is very clean, bright and inviting. Every product they use is top notch. If you want a perfect haircut (everytime) come here. Totally worth the 21 bucks. It may be 5 or 6 bucks than Supercuts but you absolutely get your money's worth. Walk ins only. read more

Fucking horrible as place never again didn't even do anything fucking right I'm tight asf they didn't even use the blade at the end of the cut read more

My son and husband have been going there for a while since Henry is great. But my son went to another barber and it will be the last time they go to king barber. The cut was uneven looked horrible. So my husband nicely asked the barber if he could fix it. But another employee I'm guessing a manager (who supposedly didn't speak English)started making hand gestures and mumbling stuff in a other language. Practically kicked my son(7 years old) and husband out. There was no reason to act the way he did my husband wasn't being rude. read more

Best barbers in the area especially if you have kids. Gigi and Patrick run a clean organized place. Everyone leaves with a great haircut. My two boys love going to Sam who takes the time to entertain them and make them look forward to getting a haircut. read more

Absolutely ridiculous pricing not only did he rush through my haircut like he had somewhere to be but the haircut was $30 which took him no more than 10 minutes and then along with that he didn't give me a shave on my face he just simply trimmed it with the buzzers for under 3 minutes and charge me an extra $15 for that so all in all it cost me over $50 for a haircut that I could have did in my house completely terrible of you I will never go back there ever again and I suggest no one ever come there unless you want to leave with empty pockets for a half-ass job read more

Awful - just awful. Went in for a beard shape up after 5 months of growing it out. The cut looks so bad that I have to shave it off. It is also not even on both sides. I also have a big chunk taken out of one half of my mustache. Finally, and I never ever would ask anyone to touch my eyebrows, this guy shaves off half of ONE of my eye brows. Happened before i could stop him - never asked, just did it. Would never recommend anyone go here for a beard shape up - can't speak for the haircut read more

I sent my husband here because my girlfriend has her sons haircuts here. My husband saw the owner and he did an amazing job. Made him look 10 years younger and he walked out feeling really good about himself. This place has a talented staff of barber's that are up on all current trends and cuts. The place is conveniently located on Route 1 close to 95, so it's easy for even Rhode Island residents as well. It must be busy all the time because I see so many people with great cuts, coming from this place. I cannot recommend a place more. Absolutely the best barbershop in the area! Price is great for what you get. You get the best cut of your life. Women, send your guy here and he will be transformed, instantly....You walk in a dud and walk out a stud!!! read more

If you're looking for someone to clean up or overhaul the dopeness you already have going on look no further. Stopped by today to get freshened up for an upcoming trip and got a cut/bread clean up by Sam. Place is immaculate and the only thing that comes close to these gentlemen's skill is their customer service. Would recommend this joint to family and friends alike, hands down best barber I've been to in a while. read more

If you like a very short hair cut or want your head shaved they are great. I have longer hair and I like it long. So for me this place doesn't work. They butchered my hair. But in today's world 90% of guys wear their hair very short or shaved. If you have longer hair and like style over the shaved head, do not go here. If you are in the military or a police officer or your job demands you look like a sheep. Then this is the place for you. They give one haircut and they do it all with shears reminded me of boot camp i went in with a head of hair and came out sheared. BAAAAAD read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a barber shop. Length I got was completely off what I asked for and to top it off I have a large cut across the back of my neck that I wasn't aware even happened until I got home and saw it. Just hoping it doesn't scar. read more

King Barber - Never going back again. Completely messed up length of hair I requested and left me with this nice cut on the back of my neck. - Barbers Near Me - Attleboro, Massachusetts

It's hard to get a good BARBER cut in Southern New England without having to put up with a lot of BS. This place is going to cleanup in the area. Here is why. - The place is inviting. It's clean and neat with friendly staff. - It's clean. Noticeably clean. Did I mention CLEAN!? What a novel concept! - They are open convenient hours for their customers not for themselves. - They take credit cards. Honestly one of the only places around that does. In 2015 that is just unacceptable and a no-brainer. - They know what they are doing and listen to your needs. It's very obvious in the results. Most barbers I have to reiterate what i'm looking for. - The barber has impeccable personal hygiene. Most places you goto the barbers smell like smoke or something worse. They have a sink at their station and wash their hands before working on you. Again you would think that would be common sense right? - They used high quality products on you hair. Nothing worse than smelling like your grandpa after you leave the barber. I came out smelling clean and fresh and looked the part. I'm so glad this place game to Attleboro and although it is double what I pay anywhere else for a cut, i'd gladly pay it. I wish these guys a lot of luck and I think they are doing everything right! read more

My ten year old son is extremely picky about getting his haircut and it seems like wherever we go they do a lousy job. My husband took him to King Barber and my son came back with a smile. I'm not sure who did his hair and I'm sure they're all great but best cut I've seen in his ten years of life. They are skilled and know the current styles . Will definitely be returning and would recommend!!! read more

Now I'm not usually the type to write reviews but over the last year I feel I need to speak up! This barber shop is hands down the best in town. The whole crew is very friendly and very attentive to what you want. 90% of the time I go there to see my man Paul. He always gives thee best cut in town. Even if you want to switch it up, his creative mindset will give you a better cut then you got before, and before that and before that! He's detailed with how he's cutting, concentrates on the details of your hair and is overall easy to talk to. He always asks what you want to do with your hair and tells you exactly what he's gonna do, which trust me..is very hard to find. After going to about 30 different barbers I can say I highly recommend him and will never go to another barber. If on the off chance you don't get to him though Gigi is the same way! You can tell these guys love what they do and they aren't happy to service you They want to, and they're excited to serve you! Two best barbers in the whole NE region, not even kidding, my go twos. But if Gigi still isn't an option?! Then Georgio will take care of you! All in all, what I'm trying to say, is they are the best shop in New England and there's no competition. Go here, get your cut for the standard (sometimes even lower)price than normal and you'll walk out feeling like a million bucks! Worth every dollar and every second! read more

This is the nicest barber shop around. It's clean and efficient. They are constantly sweeping the floors and using compressed air to get rid of hair trimmings on their counters. I've been twice and had one of the owns and Chris? From Newport buzz my hair and give me a shave. Both did a really nice job. The wait is worth it, they move things along at a reasonable pace. read more

Worst haircut I've ever gotten. Seemed like the guy cutting my hair had no idea what he was doing

Great place. We take our 3 year old here, who doesn't love getting haircuts, and they are always so patient and good with him! He always leaves looking sharp, and with a lollipop :) Highly recommended! read more

Awesome spot to get a cut. When I walked in the door they were pretty busy but Carlos jumped up to grab my coat and take care of me. He did a good job on my beard. Didn't take to much off and did it just right. Reasonable pricing, and friendly and fast service even at peak times. This is where I am going from now on. read more

My barber in this barbershop was horrible. First of all he rushed and gave me a fade in literally seven minutes. And literally did not try to give me the razor on my sideburns it. And it is not clean. Was not worth $23 at all read more

They messed up a buzz cut of all things. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My boyfriend got his hair cut by Bobby recently... The service was great!! Such professionalism... He will never go anywhere else again! Highly recommended! read more

Best place to get your haircut in the area. It can get busy but thats only because the haircuts and barbers are that good. I go nowhere else. read more

My boys will not get a haircut any place else !! Very friendly, efficient, and high quality cuts.

I got there on a busy day - late in the day and every one seemed dead... it was quite. The coat rack was overflowed and whispers were about. As a first time customer walking into this was already bad. Then I saw the prices. I knew prices were high but not that big. When I finally got called for a cut. The actual cut wasn't bad but I felt uncomfortable the whole time. No questions about my hair or what I wanted it and no attempts at small talk. So I told him what I wanted he did it and it was very professional. It was well cut and exactly what I asked for. This is a three star because you can get the same experience and professionalism at Supercuts for 15$, which is nearly half Kings price for just a cut. I could tell this was an off day for them, or I hope it was, but when you're paying the kind of money they ask for there should be no off days. read more

First time here, last time here. Was charged $38 for a haircut which all he used was a trimmer. And a line up on my beard. The haircut was the worst I had and the line up wasn't even worth it, I could of did they my self. I hope that $38 was worth it, because I won't be coming back. read more

Place is legit! Staff doesn't see it as just a haircut -but a craft. I left more than happy with my cut! Bobby was professional, personable and skilled. The owner is great as well and values his customers. The price was just right..worth every cent. Great for women's cuts even thought it's a men's barber. read more

More than what I'm used to from a barber...typically I tell the barber what I want and he does what he thinks I want. This place is different in that they understand what you're looking for and know how to do it. Also, they are great with kids. George just cut my son's hair and actually listened to what I asked for instead of just cutting it short. Mind you, my son is 2 years ago and the whole staff was awesome with him. My hair is a pain to cut and style, but George took care of it effortlessly...even correcting past barbers' mistakes. I felt at home in this shop and will recommend it to anyone who cares about their hair. read more

So I wanted to come back and update my review a day later after having the haircut a little longer and being able to play with it. This has now graduated from one of the worst to the worst haircut I've ever been given. I look like I have a cat on my head because even though I requested a 3 to 1 fade, my barber just buzzed my sides to a 1 all the way up. In doing that on my right side he went to high and took some length off the top by mistake making that side look ridiculous and making my head look like a cone. There was no blending done in the back of my head so since the top is longer it now abruptly stops and goes from long hair to a 1. I'm seriously considering shaving my head and throwing months of hair growth away because of how poor a job was done here. Unless your going for a buzz cut stay away. read more

Absolutely the worst haircut experience of my life and also the most expensive. Barber was nice but inexperienced and lacked confidence, really feel like I was robbed of my money, the cut and line up was 38$ and was told another 20 to line it up with a straight edge unreal I get my hair cut weekly who pays 58$ every week for a haircut. Skin fade looks like shit I'm actually going to another shop 2 get it fixed. Not worth the money at all read more
