Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The clinic is also kept very organized and clean. I was referred to Kinetix after suffering some injuries at work. The therapists are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Jordan and Kevin are wonderful. I have been going there for several weeks now and have achieved noticeable improvements. What I also appreciate is that they give you home exercises through an app which allows for video demonstrations that I can easily follow. Only con would be sometimes they are busy and you are left to work with an aid which is common in a lot of PT places. However you always have a touch point during your therapy with the physical therapist. I would highly recommend. read more

I can't say enough good things about Jordan and his team at Kinetix Physical. After a full rupture of my patella tendon, I started therapy barely able to bend my knee to 40 degrees. After just 10 sessions, I improved all the way to 135 degrees of flexion which was a huge milestone in my recovery. Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He takes the time to explain how the body works, why certain exercises are done, and how they help in the recovery process. It really helped me understand my injury and stay motivated through each step. The staff is caring and supportive, the facility is clean, the equipment is great, and they're flexible with scheduling. Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy's Jordan Ektefaie and his staff are wonderful. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell that Jordan truly cares about helping his patients. Jordan and his staff focus on providing individualized care throughout the entire appointment unlike competitors who often set timers and just leave you because they crowd in too many patients at the same time. Jordan and his team are better than any other physical therapy company I've been to because they don't schedule too many patients at the same time, and as a result, they are able to monitor you the entire visit for correct technique and form. Please Read! they are very nice. therapy consisted of working with a Physical Therapist once and then all the other appointments were having an assistant show me exercises to do. I'm at another facility and I only work with a Physical Therapist who provides laser, ultrasound, tens, etc. therapy. read more

Michelle is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! She's taking her time with you to help you getting better. She's listening to you and what you have to say. She's very professional, super nice. I came to them 2 weeks ago , I couldn't walk, I was in so much pain, Michelle is working on my Leg for the last 2 weeks , I'm still in pain but less then what I had and I can walk a little more by myself. I went to another physical therapy and they don't do half of what Michelle is doing. She never rushed me she's always giving me extra time to work on the muscle to relief more pain. I have been coming to this PT place for over a year after spinal fusion and hip surgeries. One of the best PT places I have ever been to. Not overcrowded and get lost in the shuffle kind of place. The quality of care is excellent . Tim the owner, designed a care plan to decrease my low back pain. Tim also monitored my progress. I have cancer. Tim took this into consideration when designing a care plan. I cannot tolerate noise. They were caring, and did the heat and Tense Unit in a separate quiet room. They also turned off the music in the main room when I was using the exercise equipment. They recommend exercises that are workable and appropriate. Jake worked to ensure I was making progress. Jake also taught me progressive exercises and monitored me to ensure I was doing them correctly. . Jake's ONLY goal was my progress. They also didn't continue visits any longer than necessary. The front office staff is EXTREMELY EASY and accommodating to work with. My back pain has greatly decreased since going to Kinetix. I would NEVER consider another Physical Therapy Office! read more

We have been long time clients of Kinetix APT and I am sad to write this review but I walked out of their office this morning. They unfortunately are not abiding by the current Los Angeles County mask requirements for medical facilities (other than the sign on the door that is obviously just lip service). I had several appointments there in the past couple of weeks and only one or two people, including the therapists and therapy assistants, were wearing masks. They do not ask clients who come in without a mask to wear one, and they obviously do not require their employees to wear a mask to protect their clients. read more

I don't have any major complaints about Kinetix. The facility is clean and most of the staff is very professional. Of course some of the physical therapists are way better than others. I kept requesting my favorite therapists (trying to avoid one therapist in particular) but somehow I always got the the one who didn't seem to know what he was doing - yet had a giant ego regardless. Argh. He was very "bro-ey" and didn't seem to respect women very much. That's my biggest issue with the office as a whole. A secondary issue is *some* staff seemed very lax with wearing their masks or requiring their patients to wear masks during peak spikes on COVID transmission - like the winter of 2021-2022. Ultimately it got the job done of getting me back on my feet, but next time I'd probably source out a different PT facility. read more

The vibe is good and fun but I have to put that aside for this review. I didn't come here for social hour time, I came here for treatment. Mixed feelings here. First, I don't believe the therapy I received here helped me much. In fact, it incapacitated me more, plus more aches and sharp pains. I shared this with the aides every single time and was made to feel like it was normal or not a big deal. After a dozen appointments, Suzie only attended to me at my initial and end evaluation. She never worked on me nor approached me to ask how I was adjusting to therapy or feeling. When Suzie was doing the end eval, she seemed surprised to hear about my aches and pains so it was obvious that Winston nor Michelle never took my complaints seriously to have ever made note of it or added it to my file. read more

I am very disappointed with the treatment I received at the Valencia Kinetix. I have plantar fasciitis and bursitis. For 11 sessions I was treated in the same way with the same exercises although I complained that the pain was not decreasing. On the 12th visit one new exercise was added. I was left on my own to perform the exercises. This is when I decided I needed to explore other options. My podiatrist and I decided to try another physical therapy office. At the new physical therapy office, I realized that at Kinetix only one area was being addressed and some of the exercises given to me were doing nothing to improve my condition. I feel that Kinetix gave me a generic program and did not bother trying new things when I complained that my condition was not improving. I felt invisible most of the time. I would not recommend Kinetix as I feel that I threw away my money and time. read more

When I first got referred to physical therapy for migraines, I was honestly doubting it would be helpful. Over the past 15 years I had tried so many different medications with no success in relieving my migraines, so I figured I had nothing to lose. I'm so happy and grateful I was referred to Kinetix. I have been going to Kinetix for 2-3 months now, and I can honestly say the intensity of the migraines I get have definitely diminished. What can I say about Tim and his staff? Especially Michelle. I guess awesome, stupendous, excellent! They take the time and get to know you personally and when you walk in they greet you by your first name. My son gets physical therapy on his knee before and after surgery. They are in constant contact with the doctor who ordered the physical therapy. They listen to you and explain and show you each exercise. When we leave and come back we pick up our conversations as if we never left. read more

Today at 4pm was my first appointment. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which I did. Part of the paperwork I had to initial was an acknowledgment that if I arrive more than 10 minutes late for my appointment, then I might not receive my full treatment. At 4pm, I was taken to the therapy room and told that my therapist would be there shortly. By 4:20pm, no one had arrived, and so I left to find another business that will have more respect for my time. read more

The worst Physical Therapy clinic I have been too. I needed to pay cash and monitor my finances very carefully at that time. We made a contract and I paid each visit. Months after my PT ended I received a bill for for additional money. They said it was for my initial visit. What??? Months later they bill me for an initial visit which I paid for. Not only that but they had turned it in to collections and ruined my credit for a while. They refused to correct it. Additionally the care didn't help at all. Good luck if you use them. read more
