I was greeted and offered coffee and tea immediately upon walking in, and then everything about the massage room was clearly intended to make you as comfortable as possible. A full body massage obviously puts you in a very vulnerable state, but the detailed intake form you fill out ensures that the massage stays within your comfort level and meets your needs appropriately. And then Mara checked with me throughout to make sure the pressure was never too much. AND she was super good at finding my (apparently very concentrated) knots! He wot trained much from the feel of it. My friend got "Steve" and he seemed to know more what he was doing. In a pinch, I might come back, but I would definitely ask for Steve.
