I personally just buy the day passes here and come during the weekend every so often, and stay all day (since they have in n out privileges) to make my pass worth it. I remember the good old days when day passes were just $25, but now it is $40! A bit too much for me, if you are looking for a free court with good opponents, you can play at Mitchell park in Palo Alto. Also, during rainy days is very busy so be mindful of that if you are coming because you can't play outside for free, because everyone else has the same idea! Other than that, when I do come to the hub, I always get good games in when I play in the higher skill levels

Dipti was able to meet with us in person and also by email to go over all the details. Dipti also provided a timeline which allowed for us to simply enjoy the event. Our event was for approximately 100 people which included players and spectators. For some of the people, it was their first time playing pickleball and for others it was there first time playing at the Hub. All of the details were taken care of, even some that we did not even consider. In the end, we had a great time and everyone continues to talk about the experience and memories that were made that day. Thanks Dipti and the Hub for making this day GREAT!

The place is a dream for sports lovers. Giant screens for watching your favorite teams, and a plethora of facilities and activities for expending energy. An illuminated video game arcade, giant claw machines, hoops, billiards, and the most cornhole boards I've ever seen in a single setting. Multiple rinks on site... four volleyball courts fit into one, two separate soccer fields, and a roller rink where roller hockey is probably also played, from the looks of it. But this past Friday, I partook in Open Skate here. The skating session started with an annoying online waiver process (required for first-timers) and a $15 fee for an hour-and-a-half time slot. They charge an extra fee for skate rentals, but luckily I have my own rollerblades. Also got myself a green bead necklace which they were giving out for free for St. Paddy's week. There were sets of bleachers at each corner, outside the rink, where I left my shoes (underneath) while skating. It was super breezy in there, kept nice and cool during this heat wave. The floor was massive, with color-changing lights glowing in the dim space. A range of music played through the speakers including songs like David Guetta's Titanium, Save Your Tears by The Weeknd, Beauty and a Beat by Justin Bieber, Hips Don't Lie by Shakira, and Airplanes by B.o.B. My favorite part... ZERO skate aids! Mainly skilled skaters on the floor, even a lot of the kids seemingly. Having fewer inexperienced skaters compared to other roller rinks made for a far more enjoyable time. The house lights turned on at the end of the first session, signaling skaters to exit the rink, as there was a 15-minute break before the next group (two time slots available on Friday and Saturday evenings). The Penalty Box Bar and Grill had two sections and order counters. One was an actual bar restricted to the 21+ crowd. The other was the "grill" serving a wide range of menu items including burgers, tacos, sushi, rice bowls, pizza, wings, and more. There was even a separate area with a multitude of craft beers on tap. And the venue offered endless seating options on multiple levels. Whether celebrating a special occasion with family and friends or having a night out with a significant other, The Plex offers more than enough to keep visitors of all ages active and entertained.

In November 2025, we celebrated my mother's 90th birthday there, and in March 2026 we returned for her Celebration of Life. Both events were handled with such care, kindness, and professionalism by the amazing management and staff. A special thank you to Alex Del Angel and Elsa for going above and beyond to make everything perfect. Elsa did a beautiful job creating a slideshow that played on the TVs in the area of The Plex where we gathered to celebrate Mom's life. It meant so much to our family and added such a personal, heartfelt touch. What makes this place especially great for family events is that there's truly something for everyone. My young granddaughters had plenty of games and activities to keep them happily busy, while my kids enjoyed playing pool, darts, and spending time in the arcade. Many members of our family also play indoor soccer there every week, so it's already a place that feels like part of our lives. The Plex is more than just a venue--it's a welcoming community space where families can come together, celebrate milestones, and make lasting memories. Thank you again to the entire team for helping us honor my mom in such a meaningful way.

I chose City Sports due to 24 completely going down hill since I used to be with them a decade ago, and Planet Fitness doesn't have a pool. As a swimmer, this is my main form of cardio. Nate was wonderful helping me sign up and answering all of my questions I had. He's excellent with his customer service and making the customer feel heard. With my signing up, I was given a free personal training assessment and trial. Kiran was knowledgeable and impressed with my strength. At the end of the session, I was sat down with Alan, who I am assuming is the personal trainer manager. As somebody who used to sell 30+ cars a month when I was in car sales, I know the first thing about sales is to listen to the customer. Repeatedly, I was cut off from saying anything to Alan about my background, what I wanted and what I needed if I wanted to consider personal training. I barely was able to think about an answer to a question he would ask. I also recognized the typical car sales tactic of, "Which price works best for you?" I still decided to hear him out and see if this aligned with me financially. The prices are quite high, so I apologized as I felt like I was wasting his time then and I understood what it was like being on his side of the desk. He stopped smiling at me and started shuffling the papers. No, "Thank you," "Let me know if anything changes," etc, nothing. Just complete silence and an obvious look of annoyed rejection. I was a bit confused so I said, "Um..." and he dismissed me with a cold, "You're free to go now." I asked if I could take the paper with me with the rates on it and he said I could take a picture of it. Classic car sales maneuver! But this is for personal training, which should be more insistent on the customers needs due to their health. My experience with Alan has ensured I definitely won't be signing up for a personal trainer in the future, probably at any location with City Sports. Overall, the gym is pretty clean and the machines are in working order. The pool is VERY clean as well, which is surprisingly hard to come by in most gyms nowadays. I don't get service inside though and even with the WiFi, I still can't connect to YouTube to do mat Pilates in the aerobics room :( TLDR; Nate is great, Alan needs some training on his customer service and learn how to be a better sales person. Gym is clean but needs help with cell service/WiFi.

I love swimming here--there's an excellent lap pool where you can sign up for lanes, a diving board for extra fun, and plenty of open swim time for families. Kids can't get enough of the swim team, and there's even a shaded baby pool that's perfect for infants and toddlers. The tennis courts are top of the line, whether you're playing just for fun or competitively. The tennis pros are fantastic, and the whole tennis community here is great. Pickleball is also really taking off--it's always fun and social. The gym has everything you could want: Peloton bikes, free weights, machines, and a full range of classes. Beyond fitness, people also gather for bridge, mahjong, and other activities, so there's something for everyone. The food is excellent, the full bar is always a plus, and the events calendar is packed. There are great adult activities (salsa dancing, wine tasting, Aloha nights) and plenty for kids too (kids' night out, movie night, and more). Best of all, the community is welcoming and friendly. It's easy to meet people here, and many members end up making lifelong friends. All around, it's a wonderful club--I can't recommend it enough!

I was a former USTA player and I coached in college for my college's camp so I know a thing a two about coaching tennis and good customer service. Whether you have space to take a child in or not, you should always circle back. In the end of the day, everyone is connected and to one another and I'll say this, Euro Tennis is way better with better customer service than here. I grew up learning to play tennis by my dad. All was self taught through him. We weren't a rich family, but we were raised with values that took us far in life. I don't know what values these tennis coaches have here, but I'll say this.. poor customer service doesn't get very far. My ultimate goal was just to get my 4 yo and soon to be 5 yo to just make friends and get to know the sport that I love very much. I suggest all parents to go to Euro Tennis. Better customer service and lots of options. At Euro Tennis, they accept kids of all kinds. They have patience. And their focus is just making sure the kids have fun. At 5-7 yo, the ultimate goal is to have fun and like the sport.
