Based on my experiences here, I strongly recommend West Michigan Rehab and Pain for those struggling with acute and/or chronic pain conditions.

Carmel greeted me right at the door and was so friendly and accommodating! If you park in the lot, she will validate your parking ticket for you. Doctor Monica spent over an hour with me for a consultation and adjustment. We spoke in depth about my pain and concerns, and then she explained what she believed we needed to work on. She said she really focuses on muscle therapy, in addition to adjustment, which has already made a world of difference after one visit. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury for 8 years, and it has recently worsened. After one session with her, I am feeling much better. I then had a massage with Alicia, and it complimented my adjustment perfectly! I've never had a professional massage focus time on my head and feet, and it felt so nice! Important to point out, the practice is currently only accepting BCBS insurance. I'm fortunate to have that so I only have a co-pay for the adjustment and massage, but if you don't have BCBS, the massage would be $80, and I'm not sure the cost of the adjustment. Also worth noting is that the office space is so nice! It's clean, modern, inviting, and has spa vibe to it, as opposed to a medical office. My experience as a student observer to Jeff has been nothing less than the best as he is a spiritual leader, and an inspiration to myself and his patients. Regarding Jeff's care as a physical therapist, his long hours and hard work are illuminated with the various patient's that are discharged from therapy after only 4-6 weeks. Jeff's use of technology improves the care he is providing, whether it be ultrasound, electric stimulation, Anatomy and Physiology displays on a virtual cadaver, or his online database of medical records. Jeff has many techniques he uses, and truly cares about the well being of his patients. His self motto proclaims, "never settle for mediocracy." He also believes in serving others before himself, which is one of the most important things someone in a health care manager position could do. I would recommend that any patient looking for a multi-discipline therapy center, take interest in Apogee Therapy Center. Apogee has Nutrition Therapy with a dietician, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Speech Therapy. I look up to Jeff as not only a physical therapist or person, but as a follower of Christ, and look forward to many more encounters with his teachings.
