They have a lovely outdoor playground and an indoor gym so the kids can run and play even in inclement weather. They really make learning fun and engaging for the kids and my son is so happy and excited to go to school each day. The kids won't feel as if they are in "school" exactly because it was something that my son was definitely not ready for. It still has that family feel to it. I decided to send my son here. He ended up going for about 3 years until he started kindergarten. My son did not want to stop going!! I have made lifetime friends here. Nancy and I are still friends. What I love most about Mrs. Brinaye is she meets every child at their level of understanding while also challenging them to do more. I am impressed by the curriculum and I believe it surpasses the requirements of public school kindergarten. My son has homework twice a week; he has two mandatory projects for the school year; there are quarterly parent-teacher conferences which are helpful to know where each child stands academically and developmentally (behavior, etc). School work is sent home regularly which allows the parent to see their child's progress and level of understanding in specific subjects.
