Ich wurde für Zahnbehandlungen, die ich nicht angefordert hatte, in Rechnung gestellt und für den Rest überfordert. Sehr unethisch. Ganz zu schweigen von dem Zahnarzt, der offensichtlich ziemlich krank war und mir immer wieder ins Gesicht hustete, weil er keine Maske tragen konnte.

Too bad for me, I haven't been treated by him, but by a woman, the only one in the praxis (can't remember the name unfortunately). I have been there for a ceramic crown, they pushed me to do a second one at the same time, i said i would rather wait but they insisted, and i finally agree has they offered me "good price" (ah, lucky me). Nowadays going to the dentist doesn't really scare anyones as doctors are generous with anesthesia, and give you has many as you want, but my doctor took for ages, pulling my jaw so hard, being almost brutal to me, and she was probably tired too, that at the end I started to scream at them! 2,5 hours to make the adjustment of the 2 crowns. Today i've been there to remove the provisory teeth after a weekend of pain, told them about it, but it has been the worst of all the meetings even though they were trying to go carefully. I left the praxis, did not eat anything the whole day, then back home at 20h i try my luck: apricot in mouth, 2 chews, weird feeling, like the crowns are still too high (after more than 12 painful corrections) , and i spat one of my 2 crowns in my hand! I'm going there tomorrow morning but never again with that Dr. I already have 2 crowns, right under the new ones, and never had to go through so much pain and hassle. To me, this praxis looks like a happy factory, bright colors, new tech, smiles, and big turnover to maximise profits. Important as well, the place is not tidy enough compare to other places i have been in Berlin. Goodbye Brandmann.

Pose was a doctor of my son and except these very long waiting of an appointment I have nothing to criticize. I can't prove the words, that the doc is not competent. We had a positive experience in that Praxis. Even though it was often very full (many people who can't speak German are there).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!…read more Giving Dr. Pose 1 star is too generous. She should get 0 stars, and she should not be allowed to practice medicine. When our son was 1 year old, he had chronic ear infections. Dr. Pose never once prescribed any antibiotics, even with fever. Every time we took him there, she told us to put a warm onion to his ear. She did prescribe fever medicine to reduce the fever, but she prescribed a dose that was meant for a newborn. I told her that this did not make any sense, and she looked at her computer, and said "yes it is correct, his weight is 5 kilos." My child was at this point a chubby 1 year old and had long ago passed the 5 kilo mark. I had to ask her to please take a look at my child. This was obviously not a 5 kilo baby anymore. Someone had made a mistake in entering the data in her computer, and she could not admit she was wrong. We took our son to a specialist and they recommended a round of antibiotics followed by ear tubes. This solved the problem. Dr. Pose is completely incompetent. When our daughter was 2 1/2 years old, I took her to Dr. Pose to see why she was waking up so many times a night. Dr. Pose did an "assessment" where she asked a lot of questions. She determined that our daughter had been somehow traumatized because she would rub her neck to soothe herself to sleep. Dr. Pose found this to be "unusual" behavior that she had never seen before and therefore, must indicate some trauma. She asked me if I have ever seen my daughter act scared. I told her that the only time I've seen her scared was during an animated film, where the mean character came out. She told me that a 2 1/2 year old child should not be allowed to watch any television. I told her I appreciate her opinion, but we are from the US and this is not an unusual age to let children start watching television. She told me this had nothing to do with culture, but with education. Dr. Pose told me that "educated parents do not let their children watch television". She has no idea what type of education we have, she just wanted to insult. I ended up following the advice of the Baby Sleep site and my daughter was sleeping through the night in 2 days. I should have stopped going to this doctor from the first instance, but as she speaks English (not good) and I didn't speak German, I felt stuck. But there are many good and caring English speaking doctors in Berlin. Try someone else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!
