He was fast and extremely reasonably priced. He immediately gave us an estimate when I called. I will use Family Plumbing Services anytime I need a plumber. Zack is friendly, competent and a pleasure to have working in our home. I will recommend him to all our friends and family.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!…read more First off, Zack Long (the owner and I believe sole employee of the company) just moved here from Colorado, and told me more than once that he didn't know what the codes were here (of course, he didn't bother telling me that before installing my water heater). When he installed my new water heater in February (at a premium price), he apparently did it against code. The new water heater kept failing (I mean, no hot water - It wouldn't stay lit long enough to even get it hot), he tried a couple things, such as punching a hole in my wall (which was still against code) and replacing some parts. But instead of standing behind his product and work, he blew me off and blocked me when I inquired again. As this was for an Airbnb, I haven't been able to rent it, and it has cost me at least $25k in income. I am actually having to speak to my lawyer on Friday to file a lawsuit against him since he is refusing to stand behind his work. Also, side note - he also installed an outdoor water, spigot, which broke the third time I used it, either from janky parts or faulty installation, I'm not sure which. I also just noticed that he is now moving his business to Southern Missouri, after having just moved it to Northwest Arkansas from Colorado. It not only raises a red flag when a business has to keep relocating in such a short amount of time, but it also makes it impossible for him to keep up and be knowledgeable on the codes he is supposed to follow, etc., which was made very apparent during his work with me. Moral of the story- DO NOT USE ZACK LONG OR HIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO HAVE TO GO TO COURT!!!

He recommended piping be put underground, being late in the day he showed up the next morning to assess the situation and accused the builder of a 6 year old house that the gas line was 'not up to code'. I contacted the builder concerned who reassured me it was with photos and a video. He then reassessed the situation and determined it was ok then said he would be "right back". He never returned that day. It being day 2 with gas for hot water, i contacted another plumber. I texted him and figured he didn't want the work. He called back and said he still wanted to complete the work, but said he had 'emegencies' that day and forgot to contact me. I said that's fine but i need a fixed bid. He said he could provide an estimate but "didn't know what he was going to find" in the ground. Which is not a "fixed" bid. The new plumber showed up the next assessed the situation and determined that digging was not required and gave me a firm cost. They had my gas back on by the afternoon. Meanwhile, I told Jerry i would pay for the work completed as I felt bad. He showed up to my house without notice and demanded payment then as 'he had to be somewhere'. As I was out i told him i could leave him a check when i got back but couldn't magically appear at that moment. I ended paying Jerry for the 'work' he completed. A nice fellow, but not very focused on the customer's situation. He recommended unnecessary work ( a bunch of needless trenching) and needless anxiety (by suggesting my gas line was not up to code and the house may 'blow up'). And i spent $460 on nothing but grief and a 2 day delay. Wouldn't recommend. Find someone else.

Then, Steve's was called, informed of the specialist's marking of the location, and scheduled to return between 0900-1200 their next day for this repair. They arrived after 3 PM, Friday. The when I heard back from them, the best they could do is schedule an appointment a week out. When our appointment date came we waited all morning for them to arrive and got a call that they "were a technician short today and help wouldn't be available until the afternoon." I received a call a about 4:00pm saying that they were busy and needed to reschedule another week and a half out! I ask what was wrong with tomorrow and was told they were "busy." I asked them to reschedule someone else out as our new floors were buckling and delays would only cause further damage. They refused to help.., in fact, the lady I was speaking with hung up on me. I called back and a different lady answered and I told her that that the lady I was speaking with prior to her had hung up on me. She suggested that maybe I had been "a little short with her" to which I explained I was only trying to describe the severity of my problem. This company, from my personal experience, is sadly a total joke and very unprofessional. Thousands of dollars of new flooring going down the drain because they can't schedule their work properly. They were not helpful at all and VERY RUDE! I'm filing a complaint against them with my home warranty company. Mike Elam

Financing company won't let me cancel loan, saying only dealer/bud Anderson can do it. Despite us never settling on a price (or having a change order when work went from expensive service to inexpensive service), and my not having signed, bud Anderson has affirmed to financing company that they won't change the price - and financing company is attempting to enforce it. Additionally, we now have shrapnel throughout the soil in our yard since they recommended the pipe bursting method despite having a line that could only be replaced via a digout. They tried to charge $16,000 for a backyard sewage line digout (which was what they had quoted for the pipe bursting), and then sent a backdated quote the day after for $27,000 and claimed that it was the original quote for a digout. On the phone, another member of their team said they were seeing the cost as $24k on their side which was the price that the financing company showed once adding in all of the hidden fees. We are still trying to negotiate price down, and get the shrapnel cleaned out of our yard (they said their crew cleaned it but attached is from afterward). I will note, the crew sent out to do the work was incredibly nice and honestly getting screwed by their own team all day long - from not having the line marked properly thus digging in the wrong spot, breaking their equipment because they weren't told about our pipe collapsing and disjointing and got the bursting bolt and line trapped in our soil (they were at my house until 9pm still trying to get it out). It's sad to see that this companies leadership is training them on unethical sales practices and then sending their crew out set up for failure.

He was professional and friendly. However, I can only give Bud Anderson 1 (and I would make it 0 's if I could). Why you ask? They had to come replace a drain tray that they installed. Yet another "Oh sh*t" (one of many I might add). But that isn't the worst. When they installed the tank, they left a plug unplugged. Everything is in a power strip, so it was really obvious there was only 1 plug left dangling. I saw that but I didn't know what it was, so I didn't want to plug it in (perhaps it was left that way on purpose). I asked Felipe what it was for. He told me it was heating tape to keep my lines in the attic from freezing. So, when we had 14-degree temps recently, my lines froze. And when they froze, water backed up. I had to put 4 aluminum trays under 4 leaks to catch the water. I don't know what is going on at Bud Anderson, but they are going downhill fast! There is a saying that 1 "Oh Sh*t" erases 100 "Atta Boys". At this point BA owes me 400 "Atta Boys". I hope not because that means 400 things went wrong. If I didn't have a service contract already paid for, I'd be done with this company. Whatever is going on, you need to right the ship pronto!!!
