The afternoon before Thanksgiving the workers putting on my new siding managed to disconnect the vent/supply tube for our NG tankless water heater. I just felt they were pushing on us to spend more than we needed. Fast forward (we were getting by with our fireplace, space heaters and with our downstairs heater working on occasion) to recently and we finally got it fixed by Larkin! Ben came to diagnose the problem and he figured it out and told us we did not need to get a whole new unit (it was perfectly fine except for the part needing to be replaced). He ordered the parts and then RJ came the next week and replaced it right away and got it working perfectly.
