Some of my favorite products: Lavender Soap (very moisturizing made with Shea Butter and smells strongly of Lavender), Organic Green Tea, Tea Tree & Lavender Every-Day Facial Cream and the Night Cream as well as the Facial Cleanser. Seriously, the amount of high quality organic ingredients in these products is amazing. The Every-Day Cream is probably my favorite and the Night Cream, wow, if you need a very thick and moisturizing cream, this ones for you. They smell so good, are so moisturizing and nourishing. She used to sell little gifty things like mugs, cards and candles. Essential oils like Pine, Lavender, Doug Fir etc are very good quality many are organic. The environment didn't feel welcoming to ask questions, especially since most employees had worked there for years and mistakes were often met with judgment rather than guidance. Management provided no constructive feedback during my employment. The first indication that there was an issue was being fired unexpectedly over text with what appeared to be a generic AI-generated message. When I respectfully asked what I could have done better, I never received a response. It's hard to improve when no one communicates expectations or gives you the opportunity to correct mistakes. The expectations for new hires are unrealistic. You're expected to learn hundreds of products almost immediately, and instead of investing in training, the company seems quick to terminate employees who don't meet those expectations right away. The workplace culture also included frequent gossip about coworkers, which made the environment uncomfortable. I also observed what appeared to be favoritism. One employee, who was related to management, was often on her phone and regularly left closing responsibilities for others to finish, yet those behaviors didn't seem to be addressed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive workplace with fair management, effective training, and open communication.
