This smoke shop is by far one of the absolute best in the Lincoln area. Upon entering you will be greeted, by name if known, and made to feel welcome. The owners are in the shop everyday and i have yet to have a bad experience upon any of my visits. The quality and verity of the glass is truly amazing. They stock both import and american made glass, along with the general accessories you would expect to see at a smoke shop. The quality of items so far from my personal experience is really good and have no complaints. I think this is the best smoke shop in the area. I travel all over and love to see high end glass and new innovation. I'm thankful to have The Highest Cloud in my home city because they have a wide range of affordable pieces to some of the craziest art I've seen. they also spend the time to provide a good service and teach me about new products to level up my smoking experience at home. This "smoke shop" is garbage. They smoke out of 90% of their pieces then clean them and sell them to the public. The Owner and his girlfriend lack knowledge, and are less then desirable when it comes to helping out customers. I've personally seen him rip nitrous balloons through numerous "headies" in his expensive glass case. Save yourself some time and go-to G and G smoke shop if your in Lincoln. This shop will make you want to take a shower afterwards because of how trashy the products, employees and ownership is. read more

I usually have a great experience at the Highest Cloud! However their most recent hire (a middle aged lady) is outright rude and short with customers for no reason. When I got confused about when their Halloween sale was and came in on the wrong day, I apologized once she clarified and left right away because I came close to their closing time. Yet on my way out she yells at me and my friend "YOU GUYS ARE CRAZY!!" If we are already leaving there's no reason for such rude comments. She needs to work on her customer service skills or the Highest Cloud will be losing some regular customers!! read more
