He stated we need to replace the filters in the AC unit. The tech used one of our filters we happen to have and replaced the filter and changed some kind of fuse looking things. When he came back to into our office he state our second unit filter should be replaced and proceeded to tell our office manager how to replace the filter, left the old dirty filter in our hallway, signed his work order and left us a copy of his work order along with the dead, dirty fuses. What ? I called the company and requested for them to remove the dirty filter and fuses and replace the second AC filter that the tech told us which needed to be replaced. There reply was, our tech told us the filter should be replaced in 3 months. And they do not know when they can come back and pick up the dirty filter and dead fuses. WOW, my oil change person shows me the dirty air filter and then throws is away, they do not leave in the back seat of my car, what a company, never ever use this company unless you want to clean up after them, provide your own parts and best of all pay for what they call a service. All I can say is WOW. I just do not do stupid.
