Excellent food and reasonably priced. A rare unicorn in LO. Get the wings! Caramelized crispy crust and sweet dipping sauce. I don't usually like wings but couldn't get enough of these

The family obliged. We started with the gyoza and takoyaki. The gyoza were the best we've had. We had been wanting to try takoyaki for awhile and figured we'd finally give it a try. It was tender and delicious. We also got 3 sushi rolls and loved them all, some of the freshest tasting sushi we've had. The katsu chicken was good, though the rolls and appetizers knocked it out of the park so far by that time we were spending a lot of time the rest of the meal talking about how good they were. The service was fast and friendly. We weren't familiar with Lake Oswego but it's a very nice/upscale area, away from the city. It reminded us of a few cities we have similar to it in the Bay Area. The restaurant itself is not tiny, but definitely intimate. The lighting is nice in there and a light was brought to our table, which was a nice touch. Tada is in my top 3 sushi spots I've ever tried, and the Bay Area (where I'm from) is no slouch when it comes to sushi. I would definitely come back if in Portland again and do a full course of sushi.

House drinks, including sake - are only $5, and most of the happy hour sushi rolls are just $5-$7, making it an incredible value! You have to order the agedashi tofu - it's the best in Portland. The baked salmon was also delicious, and they have a roll that's very similar to the Boba Boba roll from Mio Sushi that I always enjoy. We also ordered the lobster roll, which came with the lobster head with - picture worthy! The presentation is beautiful, the restaurant is clean, and the service is always fast and friendly. Even when every seat is filled, the staff does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. If you're looking for a sushi spot with excellent happy hour deals, Ta-Da Sushi is absolutely worth a visit!

Food was solid, but I feel like the ramen was missing a bit of pizzazz. Lovely service and a nice casual ambiance. The last ramen took a while to come, but with a larger party I imagine it was a simple mixup around orders. Okonomiyaki Fries - these weren't bad, the okonomiyaki part was just the toppings. I did expect actual okonomiyaki pieces (flour, cabbage, etc) mixed in. Would have preferred crispier fries (they were a bit soft) and also some extra salt. Might skip in the future or try another appetizer instead. Zen - the basic ramen for building! We added bok choy and an egg for a lighter meal. Nice that they give a whole egg (for $3) because the preset ramens come with half. Noodles were great, and pretty filling given the default price point. Add ons are great to enhance the taste, but won't impact fullness too much. Yuzu Shoyu - personally thought the preset ramens were nothing special. Barely any greens, felt like just a garnish. One piece of chashu and half an egg. Noodles were tasty though! Broth was on the lighter side.

We haven't eaten here in a while and never in the summer. In the darker, cooler months this is a place that entertains a packed, loud, happy crowd. The food is really good, lots of choice, the service is equally on point. So, a great evening on our cold dark winters. We dropped in last week, so July. Same range of food, maybe fewer items but what we had was more than fine. The service was personable, helpful and the food was delicious. But way, way quieter - turns out Summer is their slow time, more like a neighborhood place and less like party central. We enjoy both, but the slower months allows more focus on the menu. And there might be something not to your taste but given the range you will find a dish that you will enjoy. So, pick your adventure, we like both and you will be happy with the food, the ambiance and the service either way.

It happened to be happy hour so I got a mixed poke bowl and a glass of white wine and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The fish in the poke bowl was a mix of buttery hamachi, tuna and salmon.
