The floral arrangement she sent me was gorgeous, but I wanted to change some aspects of the bouquet and wanted a certain color scheme. Not only was she incredibly kind and understanding, but she went above and beyond. She specifically ordered lighter colors for the morning to accommodate me and let me know the delivery may be later in the afternoon due to the changes. The new bouquet she sent me, honestly blew me away. It is SO GORGEOUS and absolutely a true piece of art. It looks even better than the sample photo on her website. She went above and beyond on my requests, and was the utmost professional, remained in clear communication with me, and was so incredibly kind and affable. It was worth every penny, and I will be a return customer !
