She specifically ordered lighter colors for the morning to accommodate me and let me know the delivery may be later in the afternoon due to the changes. The new bouquet she sent me, honestly blew me away. It is SO GORGEOUS and absolutely a true piece of art. It looks even better than the sample photo on her website. She went above and beyond on my requests, and was the utmost professional, remained in clear communication with me, and was so incredibly kind and affable. Most shops in the area were closed for some reason, and grocery stores don't seem to carry flowers like I'm used to, but I called and they said they could meet me at their shop in 15 minutes. At this point I was running late, but they were calm, had a fresh collection of beautiful flowers, and with no fuss, helped arrange a beautiful arrangement.
