The customer service is like none other as it is top notch, and she works with your garments as if they were her own. I initially began using the service when I could not find anyone to get stains out of my daughter's favorite coat. When I picked up the coat, all of the stains were out. I then took my favorite dress after a lunch in which I spilled a thick oil and vinegar dressing on it. The owner worked so hard to get the stain out. It's clean there's not a lot bs going on inside. The dryers are in working order. There's always an employee there to assist you. They have products that you can purchase if you need to.
