Owner said I'm on the phone with the driver I'll call you right back. After 15 mins we called him back again and he yelled at me to stop calling and hung up. After calling several more times and him letting the calls go to voicemail and 1.5 hours later he finally told us there was an electrical problem in the car and to stop calling him because he didn't know what to do. He finally called us back 3 hours later to say he could have a car to us in another 2 hours. Definitely not the resolution we were looking for. We understand crazy things happen but a professional company would explain to their customer what was going on, so other arrangements can be made. Keeping us in the dark on timing and expectations was not acceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THEIR NASTY, RUDE OWNER NAMED ANTHONY AND THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

We made it to our hotel safely even though we shouldn't have gotten in his car to begin with, but the guy nearly doubled the quote he gave us from the time we were getting in his car to the time we arrived at our hotel. He said it was due to tolls but it's not true because Uber was less than he was, tolls included. The fact that he was deceiving and waited until we got out while holding our luggage in his trunk to raise the price is the reason I would not recommend him. The car also reeked of cigarettes.

The day of my event, I received reminders of when the sprinter would arrive and I need to make any changes as far as time and pickup and drop off location. Thirty minutes before pickup time, I received a message from my driver Eric who informed me that he was on the way. Once Eric arrived, he went over how to connect the Bluetooth, how to control the air, where to find the ice and asked if I had questions. The ride was smooth. He answered any questions we had during the trip and took some great pics of my party. I would definitely book again.
