I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes. She asked me what look I was trying to achieve and began to work her magic. She mapped out my brows and took her time to ensure they were just perfect and had me look at them for approval before we began the process. She was explaining to me the process and each step while she was performing the service. Customer service is absolutely amazing.
