My previous dentist was absolutely shocked when I told him that the building next door being the business that I'm writing this zero star review for, who he'd sent my files to, firstly two different staff members said they had no recollection whatsoever of my files being sent to them. The final nail in the coffin was when Kelly who left a message on my voicemail and later Pam a couple of weeks ago turned around and said yes it will be """"""$50""""" to have your records printed up. So suddenly they've now found my records and might I add I paid for my own x-rays to begin with. $50 for what a few pieces of paper to be printed up? Greed will be the downfall of humankind! They work out an action plan on how to treat any conditions or resolve any issues with your teeth. A detailed explanation is provided for each patient with or without insurance what your insurance will pay and what the patient may have to pay out-of-pocket expenses. I appreciate that explanation so there are no surprises as to what out-of-pocket expenses need to be paid. This is the place for all your dental needs!

On the phone they tell me that they can squeeze me in for EITHER a cleaning OR an exam, not both on the same day... in December. It is currently March. This is infuriating and at that point they should be wasting less of people's time and simply say they are not accepting new patients. I am going to find a new dentist, they grow on trees around here, and I am going to share my experience with every single person I can.

Each xray has the potential to cause a cancer cell to develop because each X-ray damages your DNA. Most times the cells repair themselves but not always. Each X-ray is a gamble, so never have an X-ray unless it is a clear medical necessity. These dentists are ignorant of that or they just care about $$ . There is no legal or science requirement for dental X-rays every 6 months or even 6 years. Protect yourself as they won't. Very sad experience. Maddy

I have since moved to Phoenix but still make the drive 4 times a year to the Sedona office. I have had a range of dental issues. All have been addressed and treated by the Red Rock staff.
