Despite this, both the dermatologist and the medical assistants insisted that the reaction could not have been caused by the product and advised me to resume using it once the irritation cleared. I followed their instructions, and as soon as I reapplied the solution, my scalp broke out in the exact same reaction the very next day. Even after experiencing two identical reactions within four weeks--each occurring immediately after using the topical--everyone I spoke with continued to dismiss the obvious connection and suggested the cause was something else I was doing. It is extremely clear that the reaction was caused by the product they prescribed, yet throughout every conversation, the staff didn't to acknowledge this possibility. The unwillingness to take my concerns seriously was very frustrating.

We left feeling reassured by his opinion, only to later learn that the diagnosis was not accurate. As a parent, it is extremely frustrating and upsetting to put your trust in a specialist and receive an incorrect assessment, particularly when it involves your child's health. We sought a second opinion because we wanted answers, and I am very disappointed with the care and evaluation we received here.

Dr. Hadaegh was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable and confident going into surgery. On the day of the procedure, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and organized -- they truly made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and supportive. Every nurse and staff member treated me with compassion and care, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. The pre-op instructions were clear, recovery guidance was thorough, and I felt genuinely cared for at every step. I am now in recovery and could not be more grateful for the level of care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Hadaegh and his team to anyone considering this procedure. They are professional, compassionate, and truly exceptional. Can't wait for my third hopefully this year!!! In addition, I have even referred my sister-in-law who is also going to him for surgery in August! I couldn't recommend him enough. I never felt pressed once to book the surgery they provide the estimate and I book when I am ready. The reason for this is if you go see him and need some kind of minor surgical procedure on your skin such as removing skin tags which was my case this time, he doesn't say well we need to set you up for another appointment so I can prepare for the procedure and we are going to need this nurse and an assistant and......,He said would you like them removed now? I said definitely! I had approximately 25 skin tags in various areas removed in that that one visit! No "well we will remove a few at a time and send them away to have them tested for this and/or that." I didn't feel a thing except a very little pinch as he injected a local anesthetic in each and every tag. He kept asking if I was ok and I said yep! He then proceeded gently to cut every tag off. He has a great bedside manner. I was so happy to get rid of all of those nasty skin tags!! And when I checked out, they said ok the doctor doesn't need you to come back unless you have an issue with the site or of course if you have another issue. So once again, Action Jackson Greenstein. He is also very knowledgeable and has helped me with a few different skin issues successfully. He also prescribed me a cream for a rash that I didn't have but explained what it looked liked, the area and the symptoms and told him him it comes and goes and he knew exactly what to give me. I mean, what good is a cheap massage when I've got better things to do with my time? Which brings me to Debra-Jean. I didn't even use a coupon, I'll admit. I went to her because I have two friends who won't see anyone else, I was in some pain with a spasm, and I just could not risk another second rate back rub from a "fast food" massage joint. Well, I found out that all massages are NOT created equal. Debra-Jean took the time to really asses my situation, she asked questions, she looked at my posture and then she started the treatment. From the first couple of questions I just knew that she had education, experience, and a real love for what she does. Just that alone is enough to get me to relax and be able to really trust the process of letting my spasm wracked back release itself. I could really feel the targeted treatment working. Debra-Jean also was very thorough in instructing me on what to do to take care of the area and avoid letting it happen again. I have a long commute and I'm always in danger of having my back and shoulders act up on me. You can't just let some teenager out of massage school work on an injury or when you are in pain--that might even make it worse. Well, after an hour with Debra-Jean, I will join my two friends who are devoted clients and I will not go to anyone else. Trust me on this one. If you really need a solid massage and want to feel confident about your therapist, call Debra-Jean.
