Carpet Express

Built our home in TX in June 2021. I HATED the shag-type builder-grade carpet from day one. Fast…read moreforward. . . My wife finally got tired of my complaining about the carpet turning our home from a 10 to a 7 so she finally gave in! We went with Carpet Express because of the reviews, pricing and respect from the salesperson. When it came to installing the beautiful matting and thick pile carpet, we could not be more pleased!!!!!! The installation was done according to our schedule. The installers were professional, kept our home, clean and cleaned up after installation. The installation was PROFESSIONALLY DONE AND CARPET IS BEAUTIFUL!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!

Absolute garbage sheet vinyl! Do not buy it. Spent $300 for the product and $300 for shipping. This…read morevinyl flooring rips and tares if you need to move kitchen appliances. I have so many indents in my floor from everything that has been sitting, you can see any nails underneath in the floorboards and god forbid you drop something. This company does not provide specific installation manuals, I requested one repeatedly and after much delay I was sent a generic manual from Google. We had no idea what products and techniques would be best to use to keep this flooring intact. Probably would have been worthless anyway considering the poor quality. Just installed this flooring in the spring and it already needs replaced. So much time and money down the drain. Their website is also a pain, I had to call to have them fix their "bug" so the sale percentage would apply to my cart and I am unable to post my review on the product that I bought due to a reCAPTCHA verification glitch.

Everything went well, removing of the previous tile backsplash and the countertops went smoothly. --- The counters were installed the next day and when the new tile came in, the crew taped with painters tape, cardboard down on the floors to protect them, fixe some drywall behind where the tile would be to ensure the tile adhered correctly and did a great job of installing the tile. WOLDE coordinates the previous tile backsplash removal and install of the new tile. (This was important to us as 2 other very good companies did not have their own tile companies and that required us to call the tile companies to coordinate, whereas WOLDE coordinated the counter tops and tile. Price was better than the other 2 estimates we received. (WOLDE, nor the other 2 companies we asked estimates from have their own plumbers and prefers the customer coordinates the plumber. (disconnect plumbing from the sink, then after counter tops where installed, plumber came back next day to reinstall the plumbing. (if you have a Gas stove, make sure the plumber disconnects that too.) We are very happy with WOLDE.
