If you make an initial appointment, keep it. You won't get a cancellation or another appointment for 6 months. When you have a cleaning, schedule your next one before leaving the appointment or you won't get one until 6 months after you call to schedule your next appointment. They aren't open every day of the week, either. If you can handle all of this - schedule with them, they are worth it.

I'm starting off 2020 with clean and healthy teeth thanks to the amazing staff! My 3 year old has also been to Orion Oaks for her first dental experience and loved it! They did, however, refer her to a pediatric dentist. Their bedside (chair side?) manner is wonderful. I always feel comfortable and confident that I'll be taken care of with respect. Their office is shared with a salon but easy to locate off Clarkston Rd with plenty of parking. They do contact your insurance to verify coverage but additionally make you sign a document stating you will be responsible for treatment if it's not covered. What I appreciate most is that the document provides an estimated cost based on your treatment, which is helpful so you're not surprised with a bill you cannot pay (which may have happened at my last dentist). They have sunglasses available if you need, and a small TV to watch from your chair. Everyone is kind and seems genuinely friendly to one another. Dr. White has checked my teeth at each visit. I admire his commitment to his career and his patients. He is knowledgeable, not pushy on treatment that's needed (I put off getting some cavities filled and his office called to remind me but was not rude when I originally declined scheduling). He also appears to be honest and has never suggested a service I do not need (unlike other dentists I've been to). For some it may seem odd but I enjoy going to the dentist.
