This place is a shit show. I am disabled in a wheelchair. I also have a service dog. On 2/28 I got…read moreon route 1 no issues. At the mall I transferred to route 5. My transfer to/onto route 5 is where all my problems began and ended. You see the driver of route 5 was scared of my service dog. My mom was also on the bus with me. We were headed to meet my son. The bus driver secured the back of my wheelchair but not the front. My son called to get an ETA on our arrival. I told my son the front of my wheelchair was not secure. He in turn called dispatch and told them. I heard dispatch come over the driver's radio and instructed her to stop secure my wheelchair properly. She did so. While doing this the bus drivers runs her mouth and says I can't you called dispatch and tattled on me. By this time my dog had alerted 2x that I was going to faint. When he alerts he gets up on my lap in my wheelchair with his two front paws and is nose to nose with me. I heard dispatch come over the radio and state I needed to keep my dog in front of me only and that he was out of control because he kept going in the isle. Well in order to do this I had to undo my wheelchair seat belt. My mom had hollered at the bus driver and told her that my dog had alerted 3x that I was going to faint. She was completely ignored and never acknowledged. Well Roman came up beside my wheelchair and nudged my arm up over him. This is the last thing I remember. Next thing I remember was waking up on the floor of the bus with my service dog under me. He did exactly what he was trained to do. He broke my fall. If he wouldn't have done what he is trained to my face would have been splattered all over the floor. See his disobedience is known as Intelligent disobedience because he knew I was going to faint. Well there was a supervisor on scene after I fainted that is the ADA supervisor. I called him 3/29 and had a great conversation with him. About how we can prevent this from happening in the future and expectations. Well unfortunately that was not the end. Someone by the name of Michelle Johnson called me. She claimed to be the boss of the ADA supervisor that I spoke with earlier that day. She informed me my dog was out of control. That he was a threat not only to her drivers but the people on the bus. She stated the driver was lucky that my dog didn't take her face off. She stated that him alerting to the fact that I was going to faint was not a real task. The my service dog was just looking for treats. She also told told me that me fainting on him was luck. Not proper training. This Michelle Johnson informed me I needed to take my dog to ROCKY MOUNTAIN ADA school where he would have proper service dog training. That when done there he would have an official service dog certificate and be trained properly. The end of my conversation with this Michelle Johnson was her telling me that my service is banned from all buses and if I tried to board any bus with him I would be denied access. This women obviously has no idea on ADA LAWS and what intelligent disobedience is when it comes to service animals. She doesn't understand that a service dog doesn't have to be professionally trained and that a service dog registration and certificate are not a thing. You can check this information on ADA.org.

When in they will be the only one we will use. Tried calling others with no answers to the company's phone. Pricing also great. Fabulous customer service and I am just so happy. It was cold and a bit of a situation, but she made the whole thing smooth. Driver was Anthony! Thanks so much Lynnea! Tracey Graham New Smyrna Beach Florida

This past year I was in a catastrophic accident at work that left me in pretty bad shape. After I…read morewas released from the hospital my recovery required several therapy's almost every day of the week. Initially, I was having a hard time getting consistent quality ride services to get me to my therapy's on a daily basis. I was lucky if anyone even showed up to take me at times. Finally, after numerous requests for a ride service change, I came across Genesis Executive. At first, I simply noticed the quality of the vehicles were very luxurious and very well maintained with a courteous driver that was showing up on time. That alone made me request them for all of my services from there on out. However, I quickly learned they do the things you expect from a ride service exceptionally well and then they set themselves even further a part with a personalized experience unlike any other. Now, after utilizing their services for nearly a year at this point, I can say they have become so much more than just a ride service to me. They consistently went above and beyond for me. For instance, my workers comp insurance was not approving my rides for some unknown reason here and there. They still took care of me and figured out their payment from insurance later. That's unheard of level of commitment. All of my drivers across my time with them have been amazing, but I want to specifically point out my primary driver, Cody, who has been nothing short of exceptional. There have been so many instances that she would go above and beyond helping me with a personal errand here and there since it was already hard enough to get around when her only real obligation was to pick me up and drop me off from therapy. This really allowed me to have some sense of normalcy. After getting to know her over this past year, I truly consider Cody a good friend and a great support for what she has done for me. I can't thank her enough. She is a special individual that has made my life so much better during the hardest time of my life. I would also like to thank, Lynnea, the owner of Genesis Executive. Her help and support as the owner has made my recovery transition back to everyday life much easier as well. This year has been a hard battle for me and without the outstanding services of Genesis Executive I'm not sure that my recovery would have gone as smoothly as it has, so I'm forever grateful for them.
