It was such a risk cutting my hair the day before my wedding by someone who had never touched my hair before. Shai quickly put me at ease. SHE IS INCREDIBLE. She listened to what I wanted, assessed my hair and was very clear in what she recommended. She gave me the most incredible haircut. Called this place and luckily they do walk ins and they quoted me good price. Good location, easy to find and has lots of parking and its not a hectic parking lot. Excellent service. He's consistently late to appointments, regardless of the day of the week or time of day. It's usually at least 30 minutes, and there was even a time when he was more than an hour late. The frustrating part is that he isn't running behind because he's still with another client. He'll be out getting lunch or something and come back with a drink while I've been waiting. I find this really irresponsible, especially when I'm paying $100+ for a haircut that already takes at least 1.5 hours. I don't mind the length of the appointment at all when it starts on time, but the additional wait makes it difficult to plan anything around it. I'm always stressed because I either need to be somewhere afterward or I'm coming in after work, and he's regularly not ready until at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I think my last appointment was the final straw for me. I had enough time to take myself out for brunch and even do a little shopping at Pacific Commons, and he was still an hour late. I really like his work, which is why I kept coming back despite the delays, but I won't be back for a while.
