If I could give Dr. Warner 100 stars, I would in a heartbeat. After having a completely terrible…read moreexperience with another OB very early in my pregnancy, I went online and googled "best OB in Evanston" Dr. Warner was at the top of the list. After reading a bunch of other reviews, I switched my insurance over to her and never looked back. She is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, honest, and every other positive thing you'd look for in an OB. I was almost 3 months pregnant at our first visit and reeling from my previous terrible experience with Dr. Herriges and his practice (that's a whole other story - feel free to read that review if you want to know what not to look for in an OB). She answered all of my questions, helped my icky feelings fade away, and put my mind at ease in a matter of 15 minutes. She helped me get my very limited medical records sent over, reviewed my results from those tests and let us know that everything was going well thus far in a matter of days. Throughout my pregnancy, she never cancelled an appointment, was extremely communicative, and kept me confident that we could totally do this. Her office has a nurse available to answer questions M-F and they call you back promptly with answers to your questions, no matter how silly the questions may seem. On to my delivery, which was unplanned to a degree. Our babe was breech, and we tried spinning babies exercises, moxa, acupuncture, and nothing worked. We made the decision to try ECV, for which Dr. Warner referred us to a MFM specialist. On the day of the procedure at 37 weeks and 2 days, things did not go as planned that Dr. let us know we would delivering that day and that Dr. Warner knew and she'd be over as soon as she finished with one other patient. Holy. Crap. Well, Dr. Warner arrived, made sure we understood what was happening, walked me into the OR, soothed my frazzled psyche with some deep breaths and her ultra calm demeanor, and we were on our way. Dr. Warner truly is the best OB in Evanston, at least she is the best one for me. I absolutely adore her and her team!

I feel like I'm in good hands, wasn't rushed and was not made to feel like just another patient or number. She knows her stuff and does her due dilligence to rule out any potential risks. I'm in good hands and it feels fantastic. I highly recommend her and so appreciate her approach, knowledge and caring demeanor.

North Shore Associate Gyne/OB - Really enjoy having Dr Johnson. I'm an athletic gal, and it's nice to have a doc whose lifestyle parallels mine.

Every member of their staff is dedicated to providing an outstanding and unparalleled level of care. I was nervous to switch at 24 weeks pregnant, but made the plunge after a friend recounted their experience. This was the BEST decision I could have made for my pregnancy and labor/delivery. It was evident from my first visit that all of these professionals are deeply passionate about what they do. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming; they always remembered who I was, and greeted me warmly upon my arrival. The nurses were so gentle and sweet, and I felt that they truly cared for me and my well being. I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the midwives on staff. Each midwife proved to be an expert in her field. They all showed kindness and compassion for me, and were invested in my experience throughout the process. They all spent a considerable amount of time with me for each appointment to ensure all my questions were addressed, and that I felt comfortable and at ease. When it came time to deliver, the midwife on call was PHENOMENAL; she exceeded all of my expectations. It felt as though she didn't leave my side for the full 36 hours, although at some point she managed to deliver 4 other babies. Being a first time mom, she was very patient with me and explained things thoroughly as I progressed. I felt like we were a team, and that I was in full control of the process. I was looking for a practice that would allow for a low intervention birth, and I found it here with NSAGO. I felt safe that, should I become high risk at any time, the team would have the tools to ensure a smooth delivery, all the way up to a C-section if necessary. Thanks to the expertise of my team, I was able to deliver vaginally. I can say with certainty that this would not have been the same experience had I stayed with my former practice of OBs. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! Thank you NSAGO!

Recently at my annual appointment I was waiting to use the restroom which faces the support staff cubicles. The wait was rather long as there is only one restroom. I had the "privilege" of overhearing how they feel about their clients. "Oh, I hate the perimenopause ones- IM FAT AND HAVE SYMPTOMS BUT I DONT WANT TO GO ON MEDICATION AND GAIN MORE WEIGHT". "THE NEWBIE GYNES ARE SO CUTE WITH THEIR STIs." I was stunned. I went to the restroom, came out, and Dr. Plawyer's nurse was waiting for me. I told her of the incident and she said "I'm sorry to hear that" and then went over my med list and medical history while I'm on the verge of tears. I finally stood up and said "I'm leaving." I did receive a voicemail apologizing and saying it was addressed. However, as a nurse for the past 10 years I understand on a deeper level that the comfort they felt talking about patients at work indicates a culture of not respecting their patients. When we go to the doc we want to feel heard, be taken seriously, and be met with empathy and assistance. I no longer believe this happens at this clinic. Find a clinic that doesn't mock their patients.

Took me multiple requests, over a period of more than 3 years to get my medical records transferred to my new doctor, which were finally transferred as of this year, 2025. Good Lord. What a frickin joke. Please, please, don't waste your time there. See previous review by me if you want the full story.

He's kind, thorough, and has great bedside manner that makes you feel totally comfortable. Not to mention he took excellent care of me during my high risk pregnancy and safely delivered my daughter...three months early!! (I was at his office for my six-month checkup and he determined that I needed to be admitted right away.) He closely monitored my condition and eventually arranged the surgery. It was an emotional time for me and my family, yet he calmed our fears and all was well. My daughter is 15 now! He shows concern and compassion for his patients, and also gives great advice. I dread the day that he says he's retiring because I can't imagine seeing anyone else.

He's AAAAAWESOME! After going to Dr. Belmonte for my first pregnancy check-up, based on rave reviews (http://www.yelp.com/biz/regina-belmonte-md-chicago) and a referral from a family member, I found out that she was out of my network and had to search for another OB to see. It was frustrating because all the OBs on my list who had good reviews, were not taking new patients. So, I took a tip from a friend of mine who said, "Call the practice and if the staff is friendly and seem happy on the phone, the doctor is more likely to be a good one who treats his staff well." Hmm.. good point! I did just that and Dr. Saleh's office was friendly, and helpful, great, and stayed that way. There were times when even with an appointment, I had to wait quite a bit but he's a busy guy! Babies come when they want and I can guarantee that the reason I was waiting, was because someone else was having their baby and Dr. Saleh was delivering it! Okay, so long story short, my prenatal care was awesome. Forward to delivery... he's so calm that it made me calm. This pregnancy and delivery was much easier than my first one because he's so awesome =)
