Coming from California to Florida was a difficult task in and of itself, and buying a home in a market that is "hot" from 3,000 miles away would have been impossible without Tara. We can't say enough good things about her in this short little review. Professional, patient, thorough, courteous, willing to go the extra mile are just a few things you can expect from her. We took nearly 2 years to make this happen, and we bought our home without ever physically seeing it in person. When we arrived for the first time we were completely overwhelmed, Tara had totally exceeded our expectations!! We've bought and sold several homes over the years, and Tara is by far one of those few "Shining Stars" that you find once in awhile. Thank you Tara for all you did for us, we absolutely LOVE our new home!!

I very quickly realized working with her felt like working with a close friend. We only had one weekend to view homes and our list spanned multiple communities, new builds, re-sales, various bedroom/sq footage combos and Melissa planned the entire weekend to accommodate our schedule, ensuring we saw every home on our list even after we extended our visit another day. She quickly learned our preferences and asked builders pointed questions about things we hadn't considered, she was a sounding board throughout the entire experience and often the voice of reason when my husband and I reached an impasse. She advocated for us every single step of the way and we ultimately got the house we loved most because of her. I would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a home in this region and I can't say enough good things about our experience.

We asked Susan to show us a property we were interested in that was just listed. We needed to be first in line to see the listing because we were interested in making an offer. The place was listed for more than we were comfortable with paying. Susan did some research and contacted the owner. Using comparisons she was able to convince the owner to drop the price by almost $10,000.00. Once the price was adjusted we made an offer and it was accepted. Once it was accepted she was able to recommend the contractor who we ended up hiring to renovate our apartment he did a great job and was very reasonable. She was also able to get us a fairly substantial rebate from a government program for military families that we had no knowledge of. Actually, saying we were fortunate when we met Bernadette is an understatement. As our realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient while we traveled to Saint Augustine to look at homes over four months. In these countless trips, she showed us practically every house available that fit our criteria. We were discussing the necessity to expand our region but she called us and said she found a home that was about to go on the market. It happened to be in the neighborhood we were seeking and we made an offer. Her guidance to close on our house was immeasurable; from understanding the market pricing to the home inspector with integrity and knowledge, she was able to help us secure our house at a price we were happy with. Bernadette was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. She never wavered in her resolve to find the right home for us. She never tired of showing us the countless homes we requested. She answered every question honestly and with our best interests front and center. When she didn't have the answer, she was able to obtain the information quickly. She gave us good advice. She never rushed us and we always felt that finding a home that met our needs was more important than closing the deal. Bernadette is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job, she felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We are happy to say we are in our home, mostly due to her tireless efforts and we are very grateful. We love our new home. We have recommended her to many of our friends and family and would recommend Bernadette Grandinetti to anyone who wants a realtor who cares that her client gets exactly the home they are looking for and will work hard to make sure that they not only find a house, but their home. We truly believe they had our best interests at heart, and they worked really hard (even late at night) to ensure that we literally received everything we wanted. At one point they even found a house that had every single item on my "checklist", BUT, it still didn't feel right to me. When I rejected it they didn't even blink an eye, just hit the trail again! Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met. Jeanie and Ann are incredibly honest and trustworthy, they moved quickly, were very flexible with our sometimes rigid schedules and preferences, are excellent and fast communicators, and worked tirelessly to successfully find us the right home. We cannot imagine how anyone will regret having them as real estate agents. We are so thankful we found them!!
