Not only that, she helped alleviate stress and worked with me on some big concerns before I had even signed a contract. The entire Gene Arant team was great. This was a bit of a concern for me at first, I was thinking I wanted an agent who worked on their own. I am glad I decided not to go that route. Jennifer was in frequent contact with me, however, so were others. Cody Wickham checked in with me often. He actually left a message once just asking how I was feeling about the entire process. A few times I asked a question and Jennifer or Cody would answer, but then say, let me also ask so and so, just to get more info. That was the power of working with them. Something else I appreciated, they were direct. I don't do well with reading between the lines, I find real estate confusing. Thankfully I didn't have to. Jennifer was always supportive, she was good about pointing out other options but never pushy. A few times I didn't take her advice, she was 100% supportive of each decision I made.
