I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia on referral from my sister who spoke highly of her and…read moreso I decided to give her a try. Cynthia was absolutely fantastic to work with, start to finish. She listened and learned what my preferences were in home features, location, and budget and helped guide me to options that I was able to review. She stayed on top of things even when I was abroad in London for 6 months and sent me some options and kept me in the loop. She even Facetimed with me to provide me virtual views of homes while I was away! When I decided to put the search on pause until I got back to the States, she completely understood and respected that and didn't pressure me at all. When I got back to the States and picked back up on house-hunting on fast-forward speeds, things got a little hairy on my end where I was getting frustrated with losing out on bids or finding homes with too many issues. I had to leave yet again to go abroad and had about a little less than 1.5 months to find a home before I left again. I definitely took out my frustrations on her and got testy and grumpy (and yelly and angry and batshit) with her, but she never once reacted equally. She was always the consummate professional and was sympathetic with my plight of being a nomad for so long. When I finally got a house, she made sure she was on top of all the details to expedite the process as much as she could. She followed up on all the paperwork and action items, and made sure it was arranged for my sister to have power of attorney to handle the final transaction. The house closed, my sister got the keys, and Cynthia was a sweetheart and left me flowers, a bottle of champagne, and a kind note congratulating me on getting the home after a long and arduous search. After this wonderful experience with Cynthia, I cannot say enough good things about her. She's sweet, honest, sympathetic, patient, hilarious, and down-to-earth. I'll happily refer her to anyone in the market for buying or selling a home!

She did not provide good suggestions during negotiations with the buyers - instead pressuring me to accept the offer with mixed messages that the market was changing, that all the other Relators were seeing the same thing, and that leaving my house on the market for 7 days would be a problem. She did not provide independent advice about the offer or the market - just said I should accept it and that I should listen to her professional advice. She seemed annoyed when I asked for more information. Closing almost didn't happen because she waited to work with the title company to get my loan payoff info until Friday at 430, for a Monday closing. Can't recommend. If you are looking for an easy and pleasant experience with real estate transaction then call…read moreAmanda and her team and stop reading this review. I worked with Amanda to sell a condo and buy a single family home and have only positive experience to share. Amanda positions her business as a small boutique that is very customer oriented. I still think that Amanda and her team was a blessing from above and cannot believe I am a proud home owner in one of the craziest real estate markets in America. My first step was to sell a condo. During my first meeting with Amanda it was clear what needs to happen before the listing and what kind of repairs are needed to get done to get the best interest in the condo from buyers. Amanda also recommended a contractor (along with many other contacts for windows, carpets, hardwood floors, etc. I think I walked away with 10 new contacts in my phone). In 3 weeks the work in the condo was done and it went live on the market. Almost forgot - Amanda staged the condo saying it is crucial and makes a big difference during showing. And it did! After 2 open house weekends it was in contract and sold in 10 days. I also received all the documents from the sale on a single CD from Amanda's office. Yay for not keeping extra 10 lbs of paper in the home office. After this we moved on to the more difficult part - finding the right home. Amanda has many tools available that make search easy and as soon as I see something I like it takes 1 click of a button to notify Amanda and she will let me know when we can go see that property. I spent quiet some time browsing and seeing lots and lots of properties until I settled on one house. Here is where I was really impressed with Amanda and her team - Amanda went to the city building department to pull all of the permits on a house since it was built to make sure all work was done by a permit. How many agents would do that? Having a nice clean permit record is definitely a huge plus. There are many aspects of the transaction that is hidden from the buyer/seller and I know Amanda with her team will be on top of them, making sure everything goes smoothly, and most importantly on time. Another important moment - Amanda keeps good business connections with lots of real estate agents/brokers which is crucial for this business and ultimately benefits you as her client. A truly great experience from the beginning to end. Thank you Amanda and the team.

I can't begin to describe all the ways Michelle worked her butt off to help us with our home sale…read more She differentiated herself from other real estate agents in her deep knowledge of "micro" markets and neighborhoods around Pflugerville. She includes a complimentary consultation with a professional stager with her service, and in my experience this really helped us move the needle on our listing. The stager helped us identify areas to declutter, where to move items for maximum impact, etc. We followed her advice, and Michelle's recommendations for minor touch-ups, to a tee. Take Michelle's advice on pricing -- and if you ever need more confirmation, take her up on her offer to go tour local comp houses to help you understand her strategy better. She is incredibly generous with her time. We felt like we were her only clients (and I know that wasn't true). The TLDR is that our house was on the market during what everyone said was a slow, soft market and we sold in five days with multiple offers above asking price. During this process, we encountered many other agents who were unresponsive or incredibly slow to respond -- even during those critical moments when a home sale was hanging in the balance. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Michelle to handle this process in the Pflugerville area.
