Dr. Inouye informed us that patient had 3+ fractures showing us on the X-ray taken prior. No surgery needed per her consult with surgeon, no pain meds prescribed. Icing for 20 minutes and OTC Tylenol advised as prescribed pain killers might delay healing. Dr. Inouye is very personable, easy to talk to, she said she doesn't do surgeries and goes every Tuesday to Straub Kapolei. We will continue to come to Pali Momi, Aiea. Return visit in two weeks with more xrays. First time that I can recall hubs will be off work for all 3 holidays this year. He is always working on holidays. He can barely walk nor move his fractured side without severe pain. Just call me, Florence Nightin' Gail- chief chauffeur, cook and body washer. Enjoy your holidays and keep safe. Stay off ladders, even Santa knows that. His reindeer land his sled directly in the rooftops. Take care and enjoy good eats.

Like the other 5 reviews, everything you read is all true. Dr Nitta is so easy to talk to and provides great care and suggestions to guide you to a healthier living. His staff are just as great as Dr Nitta too! Very friendly and easy to talk with. It never fails that when I leave the office, I'm always in good spirit. Parking is easy and no validation to the parking tickets you get upon entering. Pay your ticket by kiosk located on floor 1 and 3. Not sure if there's one on the 2nd floor since I never go to that floor anyways! Waiting room is small and cozy so don't bring your whole family with you cause theres like 5-6 chairs. On each floor tho, there's a waiting area next to the elevators. Anyways, here's to a 5 star update to this Yelp page!

He seemed like a caring person and a good listener. I had told him about aunty's recent hospitalizations... and he went to visit her in the hospital! Located on the third level of the Mary Savio Medical Plaza, Dr. Harada's Office was clean, bright, and decorated with sakura (cherry blossom) stickers! The staff were efficient and professional! The doctor was very helpful and intuitive! He went over the medications, treatments, and suggested practical things for aunty to do... plus, he sent her to the lab for bloodwork. Parking is located downstairs of the hospital. But I always get dropped off so I don't pay for parking. Don't know how much the parking is. They're close on Saturdays and Sundays. The pediatricians that take care of my kids are very knowledgable and caring. At first they saw Dr. Paul Chan. He was excellent talking to children and parents, and suggested certain shots for them to take and gave sound advice. Unfortunately, he retired and now my son goes to Dr. Ryan Chung. He is also very nice and will explain thoroughly if we have any questions. Although appointments are always scheduled far in advance, they will fit us in when they can if my kids are sick, and I am reminded by email or text for appts scheduled far in advance. The front desk is always on it and if I have a question, the assistant or doctor will call within a day, usually after or close to closing. If their primary dr is off, there are 2 others that cover so I don't have to wait or find another doctor. They have a 2 story play area for little kids, and a hand sanitizer in the waiting room as well. Paid parking is in the building, but I always shop at pearlridge so I park at the pearlridge parking lot instead.

She found a vein immediately on my right arm and drew the one tube. Ta dah! That was the fastest no wait, fast draw ever. Now we will see hubs surgeon. He's in surgery right now but should be here shortly. Hopefully he will be able to change the dressing and check that the sling is on properly. Even though I watched the instruction video it kept slipping and coming apart. This sling has 3 main parts and a few miscellaneous straps plus a red ball and a little pouch too. I added three more straps with Velcro at each end that I removed from the ice pack bags we brought home from MIS where surgery was performed.

I appreciate that Nurse Nora was very kind and even remembered us from the appt prior and made a comment to see how I was holding up. She also did the same to other patients. You don't see that a lot. We met under emergency circumstances. I had called Dr.Jans office to see if they could see me right away because I was pregnant and bleeding heavily and informed them of a possible miscarriage. They were able to get me in right away. My other half and I were in absolute tears we knew our situation wasn't ideal. Dr. Jan's knowledge and ease and helping us get through this situation made me feel so at ease. Although I had to do an emergency D n C procedure I appreciated her professionalism and grace in how she was able to handle and control the situation. I was very nervous and through out the whole process she talked me through everything before she did it and most of all remained calm. I honestly feel like that day she saved me life. Her words of wisdom that day as well as on our follow up after really helped our grieving process. It gave us hope. Although my pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. I would like to say that I'm grateful I was able to be in such great hands. If your deciding or debating. Don't. I trust this doc with my life and hope to get on her wait list.
