The inside of the store is old Florida~ with souvenirs ranging from manatee wine holders to seashell decorations. There are bags of locally-picked oranges and cartons of fresh orange juice for sale as well, but we went for the soft serve. It's a vanilla/orange swirl made with fresh orange juice. The creaminess of the vanilla with the tartness of the orange created a refreshing, nostalgic flavor. The attendant was really sweet. Yellow Banks Groves is a great spot if you're craving soft serve, needing a local shop to showcase to people visiting from out of town, or if you're looking for a memorable gift.

Drove the 30 minutes back home just to see there is black dirt/mold/dust floating all over the container. Called the store hoping they had an answer to what it was just to get a very unsure staff member who says "it may be debris from the peel." They offered I return for a refund however I live to far to make it worth that. My guess is it is mold from a juicer that isn't cleaned regularly. The farmer market move to Derby Lane Gambling parking lot. It becomes a very big area for vendor…read moreand parking. It provide the need of the market and bring a lot of visitors. The market is like the flea market that has food. Most of the food truck after the morning farmer market they move to the night market at inside. There are many food truck to attract my attention. My wife likes the produce that they display. Some of the veggies have good bargains price. The market also has clothing, antique, and more. The visit may take 1 hour or more. Great for morning walk.

I was too surprised by the selection and variety to take out my phone for many pictures. I love to try creative dishes with different produce you don't see at your everyday market. The young lady checking us out was so friendly and helpful it really made shopping fun. Great vibes in this market for sure! We will be regulars! They offer seasonal, fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Also imported meats and cheeses, sandwiches, and organic smoothies. They also stock some European can goods. Although there wasn't a huge variety on items, I'm told this will improve. My hope is for this family owned store to do well and grow.
