They checked out the problem within an hour of their opening. We had 2 issues. The derating caused by a bared wire that rubbed against the frame and our air hoses were damaged as we bobtailed. They repaired both issues within 10 hours. As an owner operator with only 1 truck this meant the world to us as downtime means loss of money and additional expenses for hotels. It was in Kentucky (800 Miles away). After negotiating back and fourth with the dealership and agreeing on a price, a deposit was secured (contingent on an inspection). But again, 800 miles away. So, I started researching RV Inspectors on NRVIA which is where i found Mark. He spent the time to make us feel comfortable on the phone, reassuring us that he was going to inspect the coach as if he was buying it himself. He knew the dealership as it was not too far from his home-base which made it even a better fit. We agreed to have him do it and shortly there after Mark and his wife performed the inspection. They called us moments after they left the dealership to give us instant feedback about our new purchase and we debriefed for about an hour on the phone (Never in a rush). Then just days later I received a comprehensive in depth 106 page report covering everything about the coach in question. It gave me the courage to move the deal forward, buying airline tickets to Kentucky to close the deal. With Marks report in hand I went over the RV step by step with the dealership and they fixed literately everything that was noted on the report as I stood there allowing us to close the deal. It all couldn't have been possible without the diligent work of Mark and his wife. They did a great job and we would recommend them again in a second.
