As someone who has paid for a consultation by the Nishad Khan Law, I believe I am qualified to give…read morean opinion concerning their consultation here. My advisement to you is don't waste your time or money seeking a consultation with Nishad Khan Law group. During the phone consultation, I was asked a number of questions but was not told how the firm could serve as legal representative to the case. This is one of the items promised in the consultation disclosure. Instead, I was offered a next day call back to follow-up which I did not receive, because the attorney dropped out of sight for several business days. On the third business day following consultation I was contacted by email and my case was turned down. This seems to be an easy way to make money in between cases for this firm. It also delays those seriously seeking attorneys that want to work. Overall, I did not receive any legal advise that would qualify as a legal consultation. If you are considering https://nishadkhanlaw.com , don't. Don't waste your money and most importantly don't waste your time, cause that has a cost as well. Instead consult with an attorney through the Orange County Bar Association https://www.orangecountybar.org/ .

I called 3 other companies who either did not return my calls or deined my request for services since I did not need court presentation. VAL not only called me back, but also agreed to help me with this small legal challenge. The communication is great, they carefully review your needs and thoroughly address the task at hand. The letter was written in a clear language, yet created the atmosphere of ugent legal need. The goal was reached, and the issue was quickly resolved with the renters. The price was fair, and worth every penny. I greatly appreciate the time, the effort, and the consideration VAL has provided me with. I do recommend this business, as there is no job too small for them and the quality of service is exemplary.

I…read morewas a first time homebuyer and was advised by people I trust to find an attorney who could explain things to me before closing. When I called Bridget's office, I was able to speak with her directly, and she made me feel so much better about this complex process. I found her to be knowledgeable, honest, ethical and trustworthy. I also appreciated her tips on what to look out for throughout the process. Once my closing package arrived, she called me and walked me through every single document and line item, spelling out in simple terms what everything meant (from closing costs mandated by statute to definitions of terms appearing throughout the closing package to even tips on home ownership, including homestead and basic tips to manage the principle). She made everything sound simple while also advising me on what to be cautiously aware of. She also welcomed being on standby for any inquiries that were to come up. Overall, I was quite nervous but she made a lot of those nerves go away, and sure enough, when the closing appointment happened, I understood every document because of her explanations. A big thank you to Bridget, as well as John, Lisa and all her staff. I recommend Bridget fully, as she can definitely help you and give you peace of mind as she did for me.
