They are holding my insurance check ransom and insist that I deposit it into their trust account. I was not given any updates except 3 canceled depositions, no interim invoices, no notice of my rights. This is a joke of a law firm and I would not use them for anything except a traffic ticket. I have asked for a detailed bill and i'm still waiting 2 weeks later. Looks like they are no different then the crooks they represent CMR Roofing. They can not and did not provide a detailed invoice after WEEKS of asking for it. Shady as $hit

To preface, this is without a doubt the law firm you NEED to use!!…read more The reason I say this is because this company is relentless with getting the results you (as their client) deserve & so much more! I live in Fort Lauderdale and was able to locate The Cohen Law Group after my then-homeowners insurance company (now defunct FedNat) refused to provide me the proper coverage I had paid them for after it was determined that my original Spanish-tile roof (built in 2000) was failing after Hurricane Ian passed. I initially filed a claim with FedNat due to water incessantly leaking inside my home's living room whenever it rained, they had sent their adjusters, and after their analysis, mailed me a check for $200....are you kidding me!? That was when I knew I needed expert help in these types of situations, and that's when the Cohen Law Group stepped in. Christopher Cohen was assigned to my case, and he was beyond amenable to my needs. He explained things to me regarding my case in a clear & concise manner, and made sure I was fully aware of every facet of my case. He made it extremely convenient for me to get a hold of him if I had any additional questions at any time regarding my case, and he even provided me with his personal cell. Chris & his litigation assistant Erica Whitlock had made an amazing team for my needs, both keeping me updated every step of the way. When my case was initially filed, that was inconveniently the same time when FedNat had declared insolvency, and I was almost sure I would be stuck-out-of-luck. Fortunately, Chris & Erica both reassured me we still had a tenable case, as we can continue our litigation towards FedNat's parent company FIGA. Although the case took over 2 years to to get settled, it resultantly was, and was well worth the wait! The final payout from FIGA was more than enough to cover the cost of my brand-new Spanish tile roof over my 2200 sqft home, and it is all due to the hard-work, determination, and brilliance of the Cohen Law Group! Thank you so much again Christopher Carey, Erica Whitlock, and the rest of The Cohen Law Group for not only meeting, but completely transcending my overall needs regarding my claim! If anyone reading this post is still searching for their legal expert, please stop now, because you have just found the ONLY experts you will EVER need to be able to settle your legal claim as favorably & expeditiously as possible! They are my legal team for life!! :)))

Found the leach law firm on Google search When they came…read moredown to employment, legal lawsuit case protecting workers rights Of course I had to wait for a interview just like anyone else out there to discuss if the case is eligible That is pretty common practice in most law firms I find that some law firms they sometimes are too busy. They will reject your case, even though they could take your case and win or such.. I find that some other law firms don't feel like it's the type of case they want to handle out of their criteria or sometimes it's just not enough money some lawyers they rather make a large amount of money larger cases than a small case really personal preference of own skills and training These lawyers go through law firm and education to build up skills. They sometimes don't want to just sit there and just be lowballing themselves. I found that Leach law firm had some assistance through Morgan and Morgan Which I don't mind because originally Morgan and Morgan originally did not take my case for the legal lawsuit, but somehow I was surprised when the Leach law firm was teamed up in the class action I guess I must've went to Morgan Morgan as an individual and they did not see the potential until the late law firm made it into a class action. That's probably why Morgan and Morgan joined the law firm. The end results was a win case and asked myself as representative of the case I got a little bit extra I believe, even though I got a pretty OK check The amount of money that possibly was the whole principle of the winnings, compared to how many individuals might've been involved with the class action and the payout that went to the attorney I feel like a little more courtesy could've been appointed to see a financial audit What I mean by that is showing the class members out of the whole principle of the lawsuit how much was the actual legal fee for the court and then how much did the attorneys actually get for their actual real payout considering that two attorneys were on board? I feel like each attorney got well over 100 grand. 100,000 K or more each with the amount of money on the principle of the lawsuit. Each person should've been entitled well over 10 to 15 K easily. But does not true facts just opinion, and without looking at what the possible financial audit looks like where the distribution of the funds went to. It's just a curious facts I'm grateful That the case had won But I wonder and get curious of more information after the fact wondering Was I really entitled to was I given the proper amount was I given less and these things are questionable I think for future reference of any legal lawsuit I'm going to start requesting part of my contract to be financially audit If you decide to use any lawyer, please do so
