Without some legal representation the debt collectors would have just walked away with default judgement. Instead with Mr. Turner's representation two cases were dismissed entirely and a third was negotiated to a much reduced amount. Dealing with debt can be difficult, especially as money can produce lots of emotions and history with family. Mr. Turner's results oriented and pragmatic approach was incredibly helpful. Millions and millions of people have issues with debt and even our nation's largest banks needed bail outs recently. Get help from an expert, you're not the first person to have disputes with debt collectors and they have tons of experience and know all the rules that you don't. Mr. Turner provides a ton of value for the reasonable rates he charges and I really appreciate his pricing where he gets paid more based on how much he negotiates off the suit as I felt great knowing that our interests were really aligned on saving the family money. Mr. Turner was always fast to respond to my inquires and provide thoughtful answers. Keep in mind though that his rates are set low enough that normal folks can afford with the expectation that you can be efficient with your time. If you're looking for extended conversations perhaps you'd want to purchase some additional hours of his time as he is busy and working to provide value and results, not necessarily a lot of hand holding for his base service.

Unfortunately, I was faced with an ugly financial situation with Dyck O'Neal that happened in 2007 and as of today they are still trying to get money out of me. Luckily, I found Jim Turner. He has assured me he would handle the situation and since that day I felt confident and at ease that he would handle it so I would never hear from these people again. I hope I never find myself in this same situation, but if I do Jim is the Attorney to call. I promise you you'll never be sorry!

He is in the practice for the right reasons. It takes an unfortunate many a trial an error to…read morerealize the system is rigged and that even when retaining counsel one can be caught in the middle of the "deal" where they have no say. One thing is for certain Mr Edmond is not on or for the take. Mr. Edmond was very transparent, professional, and expeditious. I am not done yet.... there's more. Mr Edmond visited me while in county custody several times "just because". Mr Edmond brought me pictures of my new born whom i was made to miss delivery of while in custody. He brought me to court several times prior to the kick the can down the road date the State Attorneys Office and the Judiciary set, trying to expedite my immediate release. Most of us grow up knowing and well thinking that "get used to it", because cops, prosecutors, Judges collude do what they want when they want etc, but not while Mr Edmond is on the shift, and if they do pull the "business as usual" its not without protest on the PERMANENT record. In representation thats whats important. Often many of us must stand next to a face card of a lawyer who simply believes his or her presence is what we are paying for or what the tax payer is providing a litigant, wrong, we pay for expertise and oral arguments and for facts and defense to be established on the record on our behalf. Often we litigants are forced to open our mouths to change the course of cases that should be either open and shut or require a decent effort of defense but are stuck paying for a face card or hoping for a "deal" from the prosecutor undermining our rights entirely. Mr Edmond works with friends and family and keeps the concerned up to date. He also participates in advocacy proving its not about the dollar, ultimately its ethics and the real pulse of this nation, the people. Counsel Edmond amazingly but with a cool tongue broachs the issue of collusion, malicious prosecution, abuse of process against the prosecution, on the record in a manner which demands respect and proper inquiry by a judiciary very important if a case ever should go to an appellate court. Sometimes attorneys face each other in practice or even once may have worked together and this may create conflicts of interest for clients on the attorneys and their offices themselves, Mr Edmond draws the line at his clients his clients defense, NOT at HIS personal conflicts of interest. He is fully prepared to navigate difficult conversations with professional parties who may have adverse opinions of him or his clients undeterred, which is KEY. GOOGLE him, he has made a few headlines. Im sure there it is much more usual information to add, but before I go additional useful information is that litigation is often complex lengthy and may have an extended chronology that new attorney taking on a case may find burdensome. Mr Edmond makes every diligent effort to be aware of the prior histories of a case, the prosecutors attorneys and judges of case and related cases and any formal complaints filed that may prejudice a client unaware to anyone else not inclined to factor this information in. He is team player and will work with and keep open communications with attorneys representing a client in separate litigation. Great attorney that this area extremely needs will go down as one of our greats and will result in either an election to local office maybe even as judiciary himself. He needs to take over the Brevard County PD office.... start getting your votes ready, after he wins the Brevard County Bar associations presidency of course.

Feedback based on a resolution with our insurance provider, so please take with a grain of salt…read morebased on your own legal situation. This particular firm represented us on an insurance claim. Right from the beginning, we were told that they felt confident of a favorable outcome, but that it would take some months to get to a resolution. Communication with them with limited to one phone call at the beginning, and one at the end, with a few emails in between. I am a lay person who is pretty familiar with law, so I had no problem waiting to hear from them, but I'm not entirely certain how well they would work out for someone with a much more high stakes, urgent case-- civil litigation can be very slow at times, and sometimes a client needs a lot of reassurance. If you're considering using their services and not familiar with law, I would recommend asking upfront how often they intend to reach out to you so that you're not worrying. That being said, every time they communicated with me, they were professional, and took the time to answer questions. I was very happy with their services.

Anytime I had questions, he got back to me quickly and kept everything moving forward. Even while dealing with personal matters, he remained engaged and continued responding to emails, which really speaks to his level of dedication and commitment to his clients. One thing I'd suggest to anyone working with him is to lay everything out clearly in your first email. Once he has the full picture, he's great at providing straightforward solutions and a clear plan moving forward. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Hill for anyone needing legal assistance.

When I attempted to terminate my contract, the contractor refused to acknowledge my request if I did not submit to requests to extort money for services never received. I spoke to other attorneys who were negative and discouraging when I explained the circumstances or who advised me to submit to the contractor's demands as that might be more economical than their legal fees. Mr. Hill immediately made me feel heard, and he understood my needs while setting forth a plan to reach a favorable outcome. Mr. Hill is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and adept at his trade. Within 24 hours of sending a demand letter arguing my case, outlining the various ways in which the contractor had violated Florida statutes and breached ethical and professional codes of conduct, we received the exact resolution I'd been seeking. I would recommend Mr. Hill to any consumer seeking justice. He works to ensure he understands the needs of his clients and puts forth the effort to ensure they are properly represented. I will not hesitate to retain his services if I ever require legal representation in the future. Thank you, Mr. Hill!
