Joe's is the oldest tattoo parlor in Westchester, and one I have passed by frequently while walking in downtown White Plains. There were several aspects that led to me choosing here - the legacy, the reviews, and the fact they had a dedicated piercer on staff with a lot of experience. I noticed they took walk-ins, so on a day off I decided to head over. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by their piercer Shiela; it was not busy so after signing the standard forms I made my way to the back. I didn't go nuts - just one piercing in each lobe, and throughout the process Shiela was great. She was super sweet, knowledgable, professional, and gave great tips to ensure proper healing. She did everything that I read a good piercer should do. Overall, I was really satisfied with my experience. I've only had the piercings a couple of months so I still have a ways to go with the healing, but I love them and wouldn't hesitate to return should I want another.

He is a cool dude but doesn't know how to schedule appointments with the artist. I have went to Mike aka Michael my first three times amazing job but customer service is not good at all. He got mad at me because the WEEK I was supposed to schedule with him I told him I couldn't do it because of funds and still never send the picture to me. Fast forward to when I booked with him he said the picture of my tattoo isn't done when ask why he just said " oh I'll have it done by tomorrow ". I hit him up again 24 hours before my appointment and when he reply he just made it seem like I was in a rush ( I wasn't just wanted to see the picture) also talk about the deal he was giving me like if I ask for the deal and then told the truth he deleted the picture of the tattoo to make space. He could have just told the truth to then the day of my appointment din the boss wants to schedule Mike for a 1 clock pm appointment and in stead of Mike saying something he wanted to push my time back or do it another day. Unprofessional for this to be a new tattoo shop on the block. Good quality on tattoo but customer service is wack and the way Mike spoke to me on dm he straight whack for that too. Learn how to speak to people. Also don't give out deals if you are going to regret it later.
