I really like this location…read more It is clean (both the workout area and the bathrooms) the machines are well maintained and not old, weights are kept pristine. This OTF is bigger than the other ones that I went to so the space doesn't really feel as cramped. I especially love the coaches, John and Megan. They have great energy and is attentive to the people. They'll correct your form (because they are actually watching, some coaches don't) to make sure you're not hurting yourself. They'll offer swap for the workout if it's too difficult to do. This studio has great energy and great people. I recommend it to people who would like to try OTF.

I don't like short cold showers for cold exposure, but I love the cold plunge at Club Fitness Addiction. I was nervous about my first cold plunge, but Sandy coached me through the whole thing and it went very well. Now, I do it about once a week on my own. My body is getting stronger, leaner, and feeling healthier overall, body and mind. Motivation and enjoying the process is key, Sandy really delivers.
