It seems when Home Advisor booked me a carpet cleaning company they did not actually contact one. When no one showed up I called Home Advisor and was given Zach's company phone number and a contact person (Melissa) of whom Zach has never heard. Seems like Zach and I both had bad days today due to the incompetence of Home Advisor.
