Our group organizer asked everyone to arrive to the ranch by 9:30 a.m. My wife and I made the long drive from the Torrance, Ca area. Although the trip was lengthy, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival by the warm welcome and helpful staff assisting with parking, which made for a positive first impression. We arrived to Bloom Ranch arriving at 9:30 a.m., after a long drive from the Torrance area. Despite the chilly 41-degree weather, the staff made everyone comfortable by welcoming our group inside to warm up before seating us outdoors. With about 100 guests in attendance, and heat lamps provided, the setup was well organized and accommodating. Guests were dismissed by tables to enjoy a brunch that was fresh, hot, and delicious. From eggs, grits, and waffles to a made-to-order omelet station, every dish was prepared perfectly. The attentive food crew ensured coffee and juice were served promptly and professionally. Adding to the atmosphere, a live saxophonist provided enjoyable music during the meal. After brunch, guests were invited to explore the Bloom Ranch Store, which offered a wide variety of goods including fresh eggs, greens, honey, butter, pantry items, harvest boxes, candles, vinegar, and more. The ranch also offers driving and walking tours of the beautiful property--an experience you look forward to enjoying on your next visit.

All staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The energy was so relaxing, happy and tasty! We were able to sample the vinaigrette, tangerines, trail mix, toffee, jams and butter. My favorite was the honey ginger and peach vinaigrette. The trail mix was addictive and the honey was so good. I bought broccoli, green tomato, peach and honey ginger vinaigrette, brown sugar scrub, sun dried tomato with garlic, honey in a jar, peach vanilla jam (taste just like peach cobbler) Can't wait to go back in the spring

Consider your visit an offering, no matter the outcome. As one of the very knowledgable guides (Chris) explained, these animals are here out of necessity. This is not a zoo, or a carnival where they parade the animals around or try to get them to perform for visitors. This is a blessing for these traumatized animals, who come here either injured and rejected by their pack, or unable to fend for themselves in the wild because they were born in captivity. We had plenty of glimpses of lions and tigers and bobcats, when they chose to grace us with their presence. Q&A session at the end is wonderful, and Chris was very patient with all of our questions. I couldn't be more grateful and moved for having had this experience, and for the work they do here. It is truly God's work.

I can see how this was beautiful back in the day. Nice sculptures around the property I would have given more stars if it weren't for the "Director" Chris. He was very rude when we pulled in, made distasteful remarks and although he led the Q&A afterward, he was very self centered and smug. Not really answering the questions from the attendees. Sadly this location is very worn out and tired.

Each Sunday the center offers guided tours (no walk-ins allowed) and visitors will need to book a session on their website. [Sunday Public Group Experiences & Prices]: It is a 75-minute guided tour that focuses more on education over physical contact. For adult (ages 13+), the price is $49.95 per person + online booking fees. I actually purchased the experience via Groupon with an additional 20% off. [Preparation]: Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early and wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and layers for outdoor conditions. All visitors must complete an online waiver prior to attending. Water, Gatorade, coffee and snacks are available for purchase in the barn. [Parking]: Park as directed upon arrival and I was able to park within the premise of the barn. [Experience]: The tour started at 2 PM and ended at 3:30 PM. Our main guide Stacy was humorous. Each segment of the tour had its own specialist who shared knowledge on specific animals. During the tour, our party was able to see the following animals: horses/donkeys (with an opportunity to feed them lettuce leaves at no extra charge), hybrid wolves (with an opportunity to feed them by throwing food via a small window opening), cockatoos, armadillo, skunk, opossums, pigs, scorpions, porcupines, hedgehog, kangaroos, monkeys (including Tara who was featured in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl), sugar gliders (will need to ask the staff to see them), etc. Some animal got some clever pun names like Quillie Eilish (one of porcupines). [Barn]: There is a small gift shop at the barn and visits will also see cats running around the shop. [Conclusion]: The tour was extremely educational and it was quite an eye-opening experience to see these rescued animals. This is a much better visit than The Gentle Barn and the tour from Animal Tracks is the real deal. Highly recommended for any animal lovers. P.S. - Donation box is located within the barn. P.P.S. - Visitors can also take a centerpiece plant on the tables back home for free at the end.

You can tell each staff member has devoted themselves to the care of these animals and it makes my heart so happy. This sanctuary is literally what dreams are made of. I find it really special/important that they don't make any of the animals do tricks, and if an animal does not wish to come out -- they don't have to. I'm so happy with my experience and if you have the means, please check it out.

So on Sunday morning at 6:10 am we left our house and got there at 7 am to pick some peaches. The sun had just risen and the orchard looked heavenly thru the peach trees. My husband and I picked a lot of peaches and some plums. I'll be making plum jam this week. But the peaches we enjoy eating as a snack, I also baked a peach galette. So delicious. The peaches are juicy and sweet. It was worth our time and money. We picked over 60 pounds. I have some to family and friends and the rest we are enjoying it daily. I even made a whipped ricotta and peach toast. Delicious. I'm hoping I will have time to go back again one more time this season. Customer service was great, a very nice and friendly family orchard .... Go support them if you are nearby. And you will love the peaches.
