Went to the shop, downstairs where I was the ONLY customer. tried a few things, straight away a sales assistant tells me"excuse me is that yours?" i thought he is wondering if i am still using it, so i said i finished with it now, he said "can you put things back where they were after using please". I thought although this request may be otherwise deeemed as reasonable I am the only one on teh floor and he didnt ask if i needed any help or anything first. I asked them fr another colour which they refused to look for. look what happened next:
So of course I ddint bother being their servant and they shown me no service anyway so i of course found it normal to leave my two lip glosses by the mirror and went up teh stairs to pay for what i choose. That same sales person:
-Excuse me! (I could not believe it, how inappropriate so didnt respond hoping this will send him a message and because I didn't want to have a row with staff who is meant to serve me)
-EXCUSE ME!, he repeated
I turned, he said:
-I told you to put things back
I said
-There is staff to do it
him
- Ah so I will put them in their places for you ok?
i went and stood in the queue to pay
He followed me upstairs,
-excuse me if you want to come back here, treat our staff (he meant what himself?) with more respect, because "we" dont want to see you back, you are really rude
WOW, i didnt even respond because i didnt expect someone as rude as him telling ME I am rude and someone who was just so disrespectful demanding for respect, so whe I got to paay I complained to the checkout girl, what do you think he did? He started interrupting me complaining and got involved in conversation as I was talking to her about it!
He interrupted saying"I asked you politely first!"
honey, you obviously confusd where you work, just becaue you asked me "politely" first gives you no right to demand it if i refused or expect what you asked to be done. thats the difference between asking and demanding read more
