You can sit inside with it's decorated cushions and high fairy light lit ceiling or outside In the secret garden, only seen from the interior. With well kept plants and climbing flowers, colourful chairs and tables and grassy nooks to hide from the hot sun. There's a bit of a Frida Kahlo theme, she can be seen in the cushions and the colours on the walls in the garden. You have a tea menu, with so many to choose from, including, cream teas with, much missed by English visitors, homemade clotted cream. The cakes are locally made and there's even a vegan cake option. They both work the bar. I tried a Pisco Sour for the first time here and I had one again when I came back. Its delicious- I like Sweet/Sour drinks sop this is right up my street . The bar is a reasonable size but it doesnt take much to fill it up. There is an upper room which no-one uses I think. The crowd here is a mixed gay crowd- I think it tends to skew slightly older than the general bars in Sitges. I love it here and recommend a drink here when out on the town.

The private party took over the entire outside patio. Servers including the owner were awesome! What seemed like a parade of non-stop tapas were delicious! Olives were so good the servers had to keep refilling our table bowls. Our favorite tapas were the Patatas Bravas (fried potatoes with the spicy hot mayo type sauce), and the grilled bread with lots of spices and toppings (I have no idea what it was called). Friends enjoyed their Beef Stroganoff entree. I and everyone else raved about the Bacallao (cod) entree which was moist and tasty! The Mediterranean food was on point. Good bottles of red and white Spanish wines were emptied. Our table's favorite of 8 probably finished 8 bottles LOL. During regular seating, Incognito has both indoor and outdoor tables. They usually temporarily close during the offseason and re-open when the tourists return.

This was the best lunch meal we've had in our trip ! Amazing fish and gnocchi cold beer ginger apple soup, also the beef gaspaccio amazing !! We got lucky to get the only not reserved table ! Will definitely come back highly recommend our meal was under €40 for with wine and all !!
