Atlantic Cedar, weeping variety. $60 at Kigi nursery.

It's true there's no contact number and that's unfortunate because I would like to call and thank them personally for the excellent service, packaging and good value on the evergreen I bought.

PLANT ARRIVED NOT LOOKING THE GREATEST, I PLANTED IT & CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL.

terrible customer service! does not stand behind their warranty and also does not ship $1,200 something dollars worth of plants! (2) separate orders! will never deal with this shotty company again! plant arrived not looking the greatest, i planted it & contacted them via email. . . which i got no response! no phone number to call these people and then they wait 2 months to respond to your email then stating that the 30 days is up! bs!!!!!! not my fault yall did not have a phone and do not know how to send an email! they clearly ignore emails until you get to "threatening" to action against them then they respond instantly! that tells me all i need to know about this business and why i'll never deal with them again! go to coniferkingdom.com atleast they stand behind their plants and although hard to get in touch with as well, they do have a phone number and you can leave a message which they typically capl you back in 2-3 days unlike this company which has none of that!

    Weeping White Spruce?

STOP! Do Not Order anything from this Company!! I ordered a Weeping White Spruce $260- The tree received was a sick Pathetic (Yellow) Evergreen but NOT a Weeping White Spruce - No Response from Kigi Customer Service to help fix the situation! Shame on them!! Bad Business!! Don't be fooled by their beautiful website and glowing reviews!!

This is what they show on-line for the $100 plant that I was led to believe I would receive.

I bought a Round $100 dwarf pine on Kiwi Nursery's web site. $100!!! and I get a stem of a pine attached to a stick and the roots are bagged in a plastic bag, not even a container and it is shipped in an Amazon box! If they are selling through Amazon I should of got shipping free with my Premier account but paid shipping on top of it. The twig is nothing like the beautiful dwarf shrub shown in their picture and for a $100 I thought at least a plant would come not a branch. There telephone is disconnected so you can only email them and they do not respond. I would refrain buying anything from this place, they are a con.

Niagara Falls Pine - 1 to 2 years old.

This year, we finally found Bennie's! She allowed us to make custom pre-orders in January when she was still selecting flowers. She showed us her Proven Winners catalog and had great suggestions for what would grow well together. Today we picked up our baskets and they look fabulous. I can't wait to see what they look like in August! The only disappointment was that with 11 hanging baskets in the Suburban, I only had room to take home 1 more plant. So back to Bennie's we'll go to bring home some beautiful geraniums, lavender, clematis, roses, or dozens of other annuals and perennials. Everything looked extremely healthy and vigorous. Customers are spoiled for choice, and prices are extremely reasonable. Well worth the 3 hour round trip!

Then 2 years went by and we wanted more flowering cherry trees and for some reason we bought them elsewhere. Out of the 4 we bought elsewhere only 1 survived. We recently bought 3 more from Bennie's. Plus their flower selection is pretty phenomenal. And the gals there know what they're doing.
