It's a great atmosphere that's filled with natural light from the large windows surrounding all training areas. The high ceilings create for a great atmosphere, yet the plan of the studio is set up that you never feel crowded with so many people. A fantastic staff from the friendly reception team, to the highly certified trainers, and even the full service cleaning staff, plus the combination of all the highest quality training equipment on the market... did I mention the three group fitness rooms.... did I mention the brand new renovated and enlarged free weights and free athletics area.... oh, and of course the stretching area, the rows of cardio equipment, the spacious locker rooms, and the sauna and steam area to die for. Great experience!
