I was initially told that staff would not help with tear down but thankfully they did help tear down the very minimal wall decor we had. The party room definitely requires a lot of imagination and I really wish they gave more time for setup, especially given the location in the mall and how far you have to walk from the entrance for each trip to and from the car just to get things into the place- which you then of course have to unload and then set up. I highly suggest measuring prior to planning decor and bringing some extension cords as there are only 2 outlets in the party room and they are a good distance from the tables you are given to use. The benches at each table hold 4 adults per bench. My kids love to come here even on a regular, non-party day and have lots of fun at this little town. There is so much for them to do that they can spend hours here without getting bored.

On a very hot Valencia day, he also made sure we had plenty of ice and drinks for the kids, which was greatly appreciated. One thing we really loved was the option to pay an additional fee to bring in our own food. It gave us the flexibility to provide extra snacks for the kids and create a fun end-of-school-year "snack shack" theme that the kids absolutely loved. That added flexibility made the party feel even more personalized and special. As the party came to an end, Nick and Charles continued to provide exceptional service. They handled the cleanup and reassured us not to worry about a thing, which was a huge help after 15 energetic kids spent the afternoon running, climbing, and having a blast. The service was very good, staff very attentive, streamlined process for everyone and everything. Not to mention very clean. Later that same day I had realized I lost two hundred dollar bills somewhere and I was at dinner with an empty wallet. I went I to full panic and almost wrote it off because I had little faith I would find it. For the heck of it, I called scooters to see if maybe I dropped it there and the staff said they'd look around and call me back. I got a call back wayyyyyyy after hours for the establishment telling me they found it and that they'd hold it for me as long as I needed. They even opened the doors for me after hours to give it back. Scooters jungle is not only an amazing place for children but also tended to by people who care about their relationships with their patrons. Its a designated and fun way for kids to throw balls at moving targets on the screen instead of all over the place like toddlers will do. The air tubes that kids can put balls in which accumulate into a large bin or drum above the ball pit and then dump out when it gets full is also fun as the kids get excited and wait for the balls to fall enthusiastically. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a good experience for families. The "upscale" seating and layout also make it easy for parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids. We've been to quite a few indoor play places, and FunZy is definitely one of our favorites in the Santa Clarita area. Yeah this place is a scam. Went here a second time to give it a chance to see if it has changed…read moresince my last visit but it hasn't. The Klaws are still rigged by a payout system where the claws are loose on purpose and only grabs plushies properly when it gets enough credits. I spoke with a girl who used to work there and she told me the same thing. It's disappointing because this place is obviously meant to draw in kids but parents will definitely waste a lot of money if they take their kids here. The kids will also leave the place sad. All the other negative reviews are spot on. The place should have only negative reviews but apparently the good reviews were only made because they used to give free tokens to people who gave 5 star reviews haha. But I digress... I really wanted to like this place but I went here twice, spent $100+ and only won a handful of prizes. I wish I could get that money back but it's whatever. I will not be returning anytime soon unless they change their system.
