    MGP did an amazing job transforming my space. She is a visionary and all I had to do was tell her the theme an she made it happen.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ashley as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in June, and I can say without hesitation that one of the primary reasons everything went off without a hitch (well, minus US getting hitched!) was thanks to having Ashley and IOTC as part of our day. 2. Ashley and IOTC offered us professionalism, wonderful help and insight, great communication, and just the best-ever attitude amidst my bridezilla-ness :) I felt ever-safe in Ashley's care - a notion that came to full light the day that she came with us to our final venue meeting when I really got to see her in action. Her calmness and her knowledge proved to be most spectacular assets in our final weeks, and we could not have done it without her! 3. And on that note, we are also beyond grateful for the extent to which Ashley and IOTC went above and beyond for being "simply" our day-of coordinator! Thank you for being our ACTUAL five-month coordinator and bringing our wedding to life, from the big picture to the details! We toast your flexibility, your quick thinking, your feedback, and your genuine smile. And to come back to our presents, beautifully arranged in our hotel room at the end of our night, was the best treat in the world!

We had quite a large wedding party to manage at the rehearsal dinner, and she did a terrific job of herding the many cats, as I like to call it. Most importantly, she is the sweetest spirit and really made me feel at ease as the bride. Her communication was great, with quick response times, just a text, call or email away if I had a detail to run past her. I knew she was taking care of everything, so I was able to relax and enjoy the day. Several people remarked that I seemed amazingly calm that day, so I know that this is in large part to the complete and total confidence I had in Rebecca :) Love her!!!

    Just adore these girls! Went to a hand lettering workshop right before Christmas that they put on,…read moreand lets just say, EVERYONE benefited from it! I made so many adorable signs and ornaments, it was a great. As a mom, I sometimes don't allow myself to go out and do stuff like this. Not only did I learn something, but I had a great time! The environment was super positive and I had such an amazing evening with my girlfriend. Please, please, please put on more workshops like this! I live in the SCV, but would love to do more of these workshops. It got my creative juices flowing again and my love for doing something other than washing dishes and cleaning the house and driving carpool! Not only was it a great experience but all the girls are lovely. I enjoyed each and everyone of them. They were sweet, very approachable and made you feel extremely included. I can see why they are such a huge hit, and I applaud their success! So fun to see small business strive! Way to go, gals!!!

When I walked up and saw how they put it together, I got teary eyed because it was just so beautiful and magical. Angie and Monika are crazy talented and so wonderful to work with. With an eye for detail and a listening ear, they take your ideas and make them even better then you could imagine! They are so creative. I can't say enough good things about this company. Whatever your event, this team can make your event stunning!

Given the Disney princess obsession my daughter has, it was an easy decision to hire professional characters. I contacted multiple vendors in our area, and Elizabeth was the most prompt and communicative out of all of them. The price was reasonable. Not too cheap, which would question the quality of service and look of characters, and not too expensive, where I would regret spending so much for a little girl's birthday party. We chose Princess Jasmine, and immediately Elizabeth recommended Victoria. Victoria came to the party promptly and was ready to start the entertainment! She sang, did a magic show, balloon twisting and face painting. She was an amazing singer and all the kids (and adults) were in awe! It was the best 90 mins I spent money on, because the parents got to relax while the kids were being entertained! I highly recommend hiring Your Magical Party for your next event!

This is a fault company Please get away from this company! Elizabeth did not have her own team! Whenever she has people looking for their magic party like the title of her company name, she will help you hire people randoms from everywhere, which you can do that on ChatGPT, Google, many website pull up direct contact you can call them and Book your what your needs without go through her company and you don't have to pay double the prices with her. And they are more professional. I found out few of her people worked at my party their first time work with her, she hired them on yelp. And we can do that too without paying extra or over prices which we don't need, we can save way more money for our party for another expenses. She wanted to charge me for $950 of the balloons Arch OMG so lucky I didn't go for it! I go to Instagram I found one for $375. She is the best! Super professional and sweet, great customer service! Set up the morning of my party day, pick up and clean up the day after. I saved $600 I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending nearly $2,000 on services for my daughter's birthday party, I feel it's important to share my experience. I specifically hired Elizabeth's shaved ice cart because she told me it would be different from a typical shaved ice vendor. She explained that, for $550 for two hours, the cart would include fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream, which justified the higher price. Based on those promises, I had high expectations and confidently recommended the vendor to my guests. Unfortunately, that is not what was provided. The cart arrived late, and instead of fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream, there were only: * Flavored syrups * Ice * One small bag of frozen mango * One bag of frozen blueberries There was no fresh fruit, no vanilla ice cream, no attractive presentation, and no signage. The employee also did not actively engage with guests or provide the level of service I expected for a premium-priced dessert station. I didn't have a chance to personally try the shaved ice until about 30 minutes before the service ended, and that is when I realized the promised items were missing. Another concern was the payment process. I had already paid over $700 as a deposit. I planned to pay the remaining balance by credit card after the party, but Elizabeth told me her credit card machine was "down" and required me to pay before the event started. Since her company normally accepts credit cards, I didn't think much of it at the time. Looking back, I wish I had recognized this as a warning sign. If I had been able to wait until after the event to make the final payment, I would have had the opportunity to address the missing items before paying in full. What disappointed me even more was how my concerns were handled afterward. When I contacted Elizabeth, rather than taking responsibility and trying to make things right, she repeatedly blamed her employee. As a business owner myself, I understand that employees can make mistakes, but customers hire the company--not an individual employee. It is the business owner's responsibility to ensure customers receive the service that was promised. Instead, the conversation became unprofessional. Elizabeth raised her voice, continued blaming her employee, and eventually handed the phone to her husband. Her husband was polite and respectful, but despite our conversation, there was no meaningful resolution, apology, refund, or effort to make things right. I paid $550 expecting a premium shaved ice experience with fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream, but what was delivered was essentially shaved ice, flavored syrups, and two bags of frozen fruit. That is not what I agreed to purchase. I hope this company improves its communication, honors what is promised to customers, and learns that excellent customer service means taking responsibility when something goes wrong instead of placing blame on employees.
