However, Amanda (at the front) was extremely nice and accommodating. She reimbursed us for the amenities we did not get to use and was so sweet and apologetic for the situation. More businesses should have customer service and employees like Amanda; it could have been a negative experience due to getting kicked out of the gym, however good customer service makes all of the difference. Will definitely come back to this YMCA when we are in town again.

There was a teen room that had computers, air hockey table, pool table, video games, bean bag chairs. Was disappointed that the video games were not available due to not having staff for that area. The double basketball court was nice except all the balls were very warn and on the flat side. The indoor pools were nice and the locker rooms were clean. Remember to bring your own lock for the lockers. The workout room had a good variety of equipment. Plenty of washcloths available. I saw several different workout classes. Overall it is a very nice place for the family.

Admittedly the quote came in a bit high so we worked together to scope the work to meet our budget. Shane and Hunter worked efficiently to complete the extensive work list in one day, but did not take any shortcuts to do so, even meticulously cleaning once all their work was complete. Looking forward to hiring Cline electrical again for our next round of work!

Do not take 4 stars lightly. I am a harsh critic and 4 stars means you're doing pretty darn well…read more I love the Children's Nest! My husband loves the Children's Nest! But most importantly, MY KIDS LOVE THE CHILDREN'S NEST! When you first go for a tour, it's not too much to look at compared to some more (much more) expensive daycare facilities. But they have all the space they need for the kids and it is kept CLEAN. They have separate classrooms for different ages. They have a huge indoor play area (for bad weather days) and plenty of outdoor spaces that are catered to your child's specific developmental needs (i.e. big kids go to the big kid's play ground while the younger kids have smaller and infant/toddler friendly play areas). They provide meals and snacks, unless your child has dietary restrictions then you provide the food. But they are very adamant about following your directions in regards to feedings, potty training and any other special need you/your child may have. The best part about the daycare is that all of the teachers genuinely love and care for each child. EVERY teacher knows my children's names, even if they do not teach or interact regularly with them every day. And my kids are always excited to go, learn, play...and they nap! That is a bonus! You get a verbal report of how their day was and in the 1-2 yr old class you get a written report as well. Ok, this was a long review. Bottom line, they are awesome! I'd give them 5 stars if they would provide lactose free milk =) -Sonia

They never returned my call. A week later, I tried again, and once again the person was not available. This time, however, they did call me back the next day. At first they were friendly, telling me that they may be able to fit him in. When I told them that I was seeking short-term child care (two months), they abruptly switched me to a different person. This second person made me ask my question again, then tersely told me that they couldn't help me and rushed me off of the phone. I completely understand that short-term child care is not something that everyone offers, but that is no reason to treat me like a pest for asking!

She then modified her day's work schedule and made arrangements to meet me immediately at a location near my home.   Ms. Fowler showed assiduous attention to detail when reviewing my documents.  Yet she also made the process quick and easy -- I was off and on my way before I even knew it. I believe that Ms. Fowler exemplifies the values she lists on her website: "respect, reliability & confidentiality."  I would cheerfully recommend her to a friend, colleague or family member who needed a speedy and professional notary public.

Walked in to look for a new gym, walked up to the front counter and was ignored for 4-5 minutes with a worker playing on her phone 2 feet away from us. A lady from the back had to come and get her attention. Never offered a tour, or what that had to offer, so we went and walked around looking for ourselves to see what they had. Glad that happened, we found a place that was very happy to add us as members. My personal experiences, some may love the place but your front line workers are an example of how management conducts themselves. Not for me.
