There also was a huge wasp nest on the side of the house that needed to be removed. We live in the country, so we fully expected to be enrolled on some type of program or at least have the exterior of the house treated to alleviate both problems. A gentleman from the company came out to our house at 7:45 am only to tell us that he would not be able to do anything about the bees until the afternoon. He sprayed the wasp nest, and left a big mess on the roof. Half the nest was still hanging off the house when he left. The gentleman returned later in the afternoon to again assess the bee situation. They were swarming around the chimney. He proceeded to tell us that he did not carry a ladder and would not be able to do anything about the bees. In addition, he did nothing to remove the multiple smaller wasp nests we told him about on the side and front of the house. The gentleman was rude to my husband and truly did not care one bit about our situation or that we were his customer. He did as little as possible and left. I would never recommend this company to anyone for pest control. This company does not care about nor value their customers. Do yourself a favor and do what we did, call someone else.
