I was initially given a tour by ? and as she showed me around we walked outside together and witnessed Madison (the 1 yr old "teacher"), sitting down on her phone doing anything besides watching the babies and there was a 1 yr old who didn't walk yet, face down on the ground, screaming and this Madison was in another world. When she seen us coming outside she immediately Jumped up to tend to the screaming baby. Later that day I called and left a VM and told Fran, no thanks, after that I wasn't allowing my child to attend. She basically begged me. Gave me the 1st week for just $90 and waved the application fee and said I could have the third week free just please give them an opportunity. So, I did. And I shouldn't have. Each time I went to pick my son up, when I walked in, someone would reach around and lock the half gate and not allow me to go to wherever he was. They have an app that they used to send photos and updates throughout the day, but I always had to ask for updates. One day, I received 10, separate, individual photos of 10 different children during nap time. When I asked about it, their response was " Oh, you don't want pictures of other kids". I said absolutely not and I certainly don't want my child's photo especially with him sleeping going to anyone else!
It's clear these young girls had zero ability to comprehend what a parent needs or how to be professional. His teachers never said hello, never smiled and were miserable. I tried telling them he got rashes easily but they didn't care. Fran would hear my concerns but nothing else changed. I allowed him to go there 6 days and pulled him. Please, those girls are uneducated and inexperienced and have no business talking care of other people's children.
Take your kids somewhere safe, somewhere where your concerns are heard . Don't let Fran encourage you to enroll with her empty promises to do better. Ohh and when I pulled him they kept over 50 diapers. When I complained, I was told to come back that they found some. They gave me five more. It was comical. read more
