The restrooms are well maintained and clean for usage. The staff is friendly, and this place is definitely worth visiting to take younger kids to play. We visited this location on a Sunday evening and the place was almost full. Like other locations, they do have private party hall and then some common party area with benches and chairs. Definitely a good place to spend some time for a party!!

There are massage chairs for parents(you have to pay). There is a toddler area, ball pits, chalkboard, slides, toys to ride, small bikes and plenty of toys for the kids to play with and keep them busy. There a snacks to purchase and drinks. There are adult games to play at the front of the bldg. It's not fancy, but affordable $15 for one child and $14 each additional kid. The kids enjoyed themselves.

One of our son's favorite spot was the "Market" lol anyway, we had fun taking pictures with Mickey and Minnie and loved the surprise Balloon drop. Bonus was the spacious parking lot across and babytown area for kids 2 and under. They can host private parties, and even have books and toys for sale. All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. They also have training potties for those that are potty training. There is an area that they do birthday parties and I've read about the different events they do as well. Such a fun indoor playground with so many "hands on" things for kids to do!!! It's so nice to see that this area, Hanover, has a facility like this!!!! You can bring your own items for snacking/drinking, but they also sell items there and even have a coffee bar for adults. There is plenty of parking!
