They do have value passes for daily usage, or they do have annual passes too which is cool. They got a cafeteria that serves Pizza, hot dogs and snacks located all the way in the right-hand side corner and lot of tables and place to eat. They got some beverages too. The restrooms are well maintained and clean for usage. The staff is friendly, and this place is definitely worth visiting to take younger kids to play. We visited this location on a Sunday evening and the place was almost full. Like other locations, they do have private party hall and then some common party area with benches and chairs. Definitely a good place to spend some time for a party!!

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

They had a great time and enjoyed it. There was several areas for me to sit and relax and keep an eye on them. There are restrooms(not great smelling). There is a baby changing area. There is a toddler area, ball pits, chalkboard, slides, toys to ride, small bikes and plenty of toys for the kids to play with and keep them busy. There a snacks to purchase and drinks. There are adult games to play at the front of the bldg. It's not fancy, but affordable $15 for one child and $14 each additional kid. The kids enjoyed themselves.

Place was much cleaner than I would have expected what with all the kids parties so much cudos to the staff for that. Staff was very nice and pleasant and were more than willing to accommodate our needs. Bathroom sink had a leak in it and the toilet is definitely designed more for children(not a surprise) which made it a little difficult for my wheelchair wife but otherwise seemed pretty accessible. All the kids really enjoyed themselves and parents didn't seem like they needed to go home and drink so all around a good day. I know with indoor children's places it's hard to fully avoid germs since kids will be kids and sneeze and slobber. But just wanted to warn parents of this possible reality of visiting any indoor play gyms. And to the owner - please ramp up your sanitizing frequency. The pros : It's pretty big length-wise. There's 2 ball pits (one large and one small) and lots of tunnels overhead. There's also a big bucket style merry go round. The floors are all padded and well kept. These seem new. There's an interactive overhead projector that displays games in back room The cons : the pirate ship is kind of old and needs some new paint, the plastic bubbles on the walls are crusty. Tickle game is not really responsive and is too high for the little toddlers to reach even with step stool. The stage/camera area isn't very fun. Piano is super old and some keys don't work. Overall I would still give this place a good solid 4 stars. The kids seem to enjoy the ball pits enough to spend an hour. Good place to get out their energy and run around thanks to the padded floors

Just sat back and enjoyed my kids birthday party. Not to mention this place is perfect for the 5-8 year old birthday party age range. All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. All the parents just got to keep a distant eye and relax. Even if you're not going for a birthday, this indoor playground is an absolute blast for the kids. She had such a good time!!!! The facility is very clean, staff was so nice and extremely helpful with explaining different rules. They have little "cubbies" to place your shoes in, you must wear socks while being inside the facility. They have restrooms and changing tables for little ones. They also have training potties for those that are potty training. There is an area that they do birthday parties and I've read about the different events they do as well. Such a fun indoor playground with so many "hands on" things for kids to do!!! It's so nice to see that this area, Hanover, has a facility like this!!!! You can bring your own items for snacking/drinking, but they also sell items there and even have a coffee bar for adults. There is plenty of parking! It was only $15 for my granddaughter and myself, which allowed an unlimited time to play. The price includes 1 adult to enter with the child. We will definitely return! Sophia had a blast

Honestly, that's what made the biggest difference: have you ever been to a zoo where the staff, as they are working, turn and have conversations with the patrons? Also, there was a short talk/presentation about turtles - my kids loved it! They asked so many questions and because they were local animals, we could then look for turtles - my kids now love turtles as much as volcanoes!! Also, they had a monarch butterfly egg monitoring project going on, and it was exciting to see staff go out with mirrors in the weeds to count eggs. It's hard to articulate how unsung this place is. Incredible experience, mainly due to the accessibility and welcomingness of the park staff!

They also had an enclosure that had Scarlett ibis, ducks and an anteater! They also have a gift shop that was on the smaller side, a petting zoo where you can pet the goals and a snack shack.
