My 8 month old daughter started going here when she was a little over 6 months old. I was impressed at first, I was told every baby was given their own crib and to bring a crib sheet from home so she would feel more at home, I was told they spent individual time with each and every baby, I was told that since I wanted my child more spoon fed than bottle fed that they would make sure that would be a priority, etc. So the last couple weeks I kept being told by her teachers that she needed more formula every 3 or 4 days, to the point that I didn't even have enough money to pay for the childcare itself because I was buying so much formula! So after that I started noticing things here and there, like the fact that my daughter was never given a crib, she came home with diaper rash every day, she acted as if she hadn't eaten at all during the day, and how are they going through so much formula if she was supposed to be spoon fed? Well I went to take my daughter up there just as a drop in so I could run some errands and I was confronted by the owner asking if I had her money. Just like that, "Do you have my money?" I told her my husband would be there on lunch to pay her some of the balance and she said okay but she needed it that day, I get it, she's running a business. So, my husband goes up there, she's no where to be found. He has to find someone who works there and he asked for the owner and the woman had absolutely no idea who the owner was!! So I go to pick my daughter up and the owner again says where's my money? I explained to her that my husband tried to bring it to her on his lunch break like I told her that morning and I also told her we had some concerns we would like to talk to her about the next day that way we could both speak to her. She immediately caught an attitude and starting raising her voice almost yelling saying "Well what are they?! Why didn't you tell me anything when you dropped her off?!" I remained calm and tried to explain that I would rather talk to her with my husband there so he could express his concerns too. She said no tell me now since you have concerns. So I told her about the rashes, the formula, and before I could express anything else to her she shot up and said well let's go see about this. We went into my daughters classroom and I started getting ganged up on by both the teachers and the owner. Then the owner made the comment that she knows what going on in her daycare but she doesn't know what's going on at home so she would be willing to bet the rash came from home. And while they are sitting there attacking me from bringing up concerns I noticed I watched a child fall from a bouncer chair and on to her HEAD! They did nothing!!! Not to mention she had no idea what my baby's name was! She knew all about what her teachers do and don't do but couldn't tell me my child's name! I would NEVER recommend this place! Ever! read more
