My girlfriend stopped at this shop to have her wipers repaired and we were not satisfied at all…read morewith the services provided. The mechanic put a "band aid" on the wipers to get her to where she needed to get to because she was in a rush. She sat at the shop for a couple hours while whoever was working on her car went to get the part that she needed and do whatever quick fix they came up with. When she asked for how long this could take and how much it would cost, her questions were answered in a condescending tone. "Oh, what are you gonna do, go to another shop?" and "well you have a credit card, don't you? then it doesn't matter". I think the customer has a right to updates on services that they are paying for and how much it may cost beforehand. Anyway, they got her all "fixed up" and sent her on her way. She didn't even make it home and the wipers stopped working again. The next day, she was told that she needs to replace the whole wiper mechanism and they did not do it initially to save her time and get her on her way. When I called to figure out what was going on, the receptionist accused her of being rude (she was not) and kept repeating how it was an hour and a half worth of work and they only charged her for 30 minutes labor, which they did, and I appreciate them working with us in this regard, but I don't appreciate the tone in which they spoke to us, patronizing comments, and the job that they did on the wipers. It was a waste of time and money, we went someplace else and got the job done correctly this time, with a better attitude and less time. Most YouTube videos show you how to make the same repair in 40 minutes or less, anyway.
